This time i was very disappointed by the General manager of hotel (Jeston)at the time of check in. Because i reached there from Newcastle after 6 hours drive. Me and family was very tied just want to rest we booked 2 rooms but when i went there for check in the General manager was on the phone on reception desk and no one was around but when he finished his call he start work on computer he don`t care who is on reception desk i was standing front of him but he don`t have any professional manners to say excuse me or sorry please wait. i tried self-check in but didn`t work then i said excuse me the system is not working to check in but still he didn't care and continue his work on computer. luckily the receptionist came in and asked for help very nicely then she checked me in from inside office because on reception manager (Jeston) was busy on his stuff, he is not let her to check me in. in between i asked for parking from manager then he looked at me quite angrily and reply very rudely to park next building didn`t mention any rules and regulation then one other lady came in and asked for room temperature very loudly then he write her room number and reply rudely as well .After checked in receptionist requested to manager gave her some space to make room keys. He left the reception and walk around during checked in. There is queue behind me and the receptionist was struggling to attended every one but he ignore every one and didn`t help to any one just stand near by reception which you clearly watch in CCTV recording. i belief customer is always first priority however and whatever how much you busy but when customer front of your desk you should meet and greet with smile and professional manners but 1st time in this premier inn i can`t find nothing. i belief this manager got this job with reference and without training he needs proper training. i am happy Because now a days every single hotel has CCTV. if you don`t trust me please check the camera recording and match my words. basically, he was too rude and arrogant more than my words .i hope when management watch recording They will be realised how i controlled myself because i was with family and don`t want to create any scene and ruined my family day out but he ruined my day, he thinks i am stupid or trying to make me stupid. All staff is fine and professional except General manager. Even at morning i paid for breakfast because we like premier inn break fast but unfortunately the most of item was runout and posted sorry for inconvenience we disappointed again but didn`t said any thing as long as rest of days we had breakfast out side café. As a General manager of 2 hotels he can manage all runout items if he want too because there is so many premier inn around this hotel he can borough from any other hotel and when his hotel delivery comes he can return.
