Premier Inn Skegness Seafront

The room was very poor. Not clean enough. Pillows missing. Stained bathroom ceiling. Bed very uncomfortable. We will not stay there again. Instead there is a brand new travel lodge opening soon so will try their instead.The overall impression of this hotel is not good. Untidy outside, dirty entrance area. Communal areas dirty.

Great location and easy to find; and very central. Very busy, but I put that down to the school holidays. There was an issue at check inn today due to computer systems going down. However, the staff stayed bright and cheerful. Could not be more helpful given the circumstances. Especially Jess at the Front desk. Who despite everything going wrong, gave us brilliant service with a smile.

A wonderful location for a hotel.everything is nearby which is a help for me as I have mobility issues.staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.a very well appointed and very very clean hotel...........................

We had some very noisy neighbours above us and for 4 nights we didn’t sleep. It didn’t help that the fibre pillows were very hard. The accessible room we had was not suitable for a 4 night stay. The wardrobe facilities were abysmal. We were saddened by having to pay for car parking something we have not experienced at PI before. On the plus side all the staff were efficient and charming and the restaurant was one of the best of its type we have been in. Everywhere was clean and tidy and well presented. We thought Amanda in the restaurant was outstanding.

We stopped for an evening ahead of Butlins the next day. Great location right on the front and ample parking (£3 per night) Check in was smooth and the room was the usual high standard we expect for a Premier Inn (given we stay in them quite frequently). Corridors needed a little freshening up (quite musty). Attached Restaurant food (dinner and breakfast) was superb and good value for money. Service was a little poor but the food made up for it.

Rooms smelled, i appreciate there are no windows but this really needs to be sorted. At dinner, some of the food wasnt cooked, the fish was slimey, we tried to say to the waiting staff but they werent interested and said thats how it should be! It was terrible, breakfast staff were rude, just overall not great at all.

Problem with sliding door to accessible bathroom reported the above which was promptly action by Nicole as we were only staying one night we can only presume the necessary remedil work will be undertaken. Overall a very satisfying stay. Will visited in the future

Very lovely staff all very helpful was only a short walk to the beach we went along beach which was lovey my little loved love being close to all the shop and rids it we will be come back next year breakfast was really nice had so much we could pick to eat

We went to the Skegness Premier Inn for a few days around my wife's birthday. When we got to our room, we were quite pleased as I'd booked an accessible room as she is often in her wheelchair. However, when I looked at the bathroom, the toilet wasn't very nice to look at, as where the water came out. When flushed, there was a lot of what looked like excrement on the pan. I went and reported this to the reception and was told it would be cleaned tomorrow when the cleaners are back. However, when we left 3 days later, it was still in the same state. I did not report it again, as I don't think I should need to keep repeating myself. Other than that, the reception staff were very helpful. But I think their passing on of Information is very lacking.
