Initially, I was very disappointed due to my interaction with Brandon, the front desk manager. He was politely insulting, condescending, and rude, and made me feel horrible when I needed assistance at the front desk. This left me quite upset and I was prepared to rate the hotel poorly because of the experience. However, after emailing Axil, the general manager, and voicing my concerns, he immediately took action and provided me with the best customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. As someone who stays at hotels quite often—over eight to nine months out of the year—I have never experienced such professionalism and dedication. His response and willingness to address the situation truly stood out and outweighed my negative experience with Brandon. Additionally, I want to recognize Chris for his wonderful service throughout my entire stay. He was consistently helpful and deserves to be considered for a management position. Because of Axil outstanding customer service and Chris’s exceptional assistance, I feel that the hotel deserves four stars despite my initial concerns.
