Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station und der Transport ist sehr bequem.Sobald Sie die U-Bahn-Station 🚊Ausgang Farrer Park-G verlassen haben, erreichen Sie das Hotel Das Personal am Schalter ist sehr höflich. Es dauert weniger als eine Minute, bis der Check-in nach oben geht. Ich habe ihn in die oberste Etage geschickt, und die Kulisse ist offen 👍🏻 Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Ausstattung ist ausreichend, aber es gibt keinen Fernseher und kein Telefon, um den Serviceschalter zu kontaktieren Gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum, in dem Sie bequem einkaufen können, und in der Nähe von „Little India“ gibt es viele Geschäfte. Nachdem Sie die Straße entlang gelaufen sind, können Sie mit der U-Bahn weiter nach „Chinatown“ fahren, um dort einzukaufen und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen☺️

Die Gesamterfahrung für diese Unterkunft war zufriedenstellend, obwohl es eine große Überraschung für die erste Nacht gab, als der Feueralarm um 3:35 Uhr ausgelöst wurde. Es wurde nur wiederholt in den Raum gerufen, um den Gast zu bitten, ruhig zu bleiben und zu warten. Kein Personal erschien für weitere Anweisungen. Die Entscheidung, im Zimmer zu bleiben oder zu evakuieren, lag bei den Gästen. Später habe ich erfahren, dass es bereits das 3. Mal zu einem solchen Vorfall in der Woche war. Ich konnte nicht verstehen, wie das Hotel zulassen konnte, dass das Problem ungelöst blieb. Dieser Vorfall war vielleicht der Alptraum für die Hotelgäste. Außerdem war die Arbeitskraft für den Zimmerservice anscheinend unzureichend. Ich habe die komplette Zimmerreinigung am Morgen gebucht, aber die Arbeit wurde nicht erledigt, obwohl ich um 17:00 Uhr in mein Zimmer zurückgekehrt war.

Es fühlt sich ziemlich gut an, die Gästezimmer sind auch sehr sauber und es gibt auch einen Swimmingpool. Ich war für drei Nächte hier und es war sehr praktisch, mit der U-Bahn zu reisen.

Stayed at the end of Nov/early Dec 2022 for 6 nights Pros: -building is very instagrammable, they even have photo icons on the ground to guide you where to stand to take photos. -check in process was easy and smooth -they have coffee machine at lobby area and lots of places to sit and lounge -swimming pool on lvl 2 with towels you can grab yourself there. -there is a shared communal kitchen with microwave/dishwasher and fridge but you have to label the products you buy yourself or else if the product is expired or doesn't have a label they chuck it away. -rooftop area on lvl 8 where you can get a view of the surrounding areas. -overall lots of outdoor spaces to sit. -there are areas to bbq if you want but you need to hire it like those portable bbqs -on lvl 1 in a different building but connected there is laundry that costs $6 for 15kg wash that cycles for 30 minutes and the dryer cost $6 as well for 1 hour dry cycle. -room itself is 13sqm but it doesn't feel that small as it looks on paper i think in part due to the very high ceilings above the bed so you don't feel so cramped and gives that sense of space. pretty clever designed room. -room feels new, i mean it did only open in April 2022. -bed and pillow are fairly comfortable not too bad. Initially it feels comfortable but over the days it was okay only and the bed was ok kind of like stiff foam that has some give but a little firm. There is space underneath the bed to store luggage. -plugs on either side of bed as well as usb slots. -water kettle is provided in the room as well as cutlery in the room. -fridge is shared and located outside in each corridor. -there is a desk with plug and ethernet port. -there is also a tv with only local channels. -sink is outside the bathroom area on the wall but it does have liquid hand soap and a big round mirror with good lighting. -jug is provided and you can refill it yourself outside your corridor. each level has a water dispenser refill station which provides clean filtered distilled water in both hot and cold temperatures. There is also a shared microwave and paper towels in each level of the building. -lots of nooks and crannies in the room for example next to the door you can put things on a small recessed wall shelf and there is another cupboard you can put shoes or sandals etc. -hairdryer is provided. -toilet and shower are glass separated -they provide 2 toilet papers and 2 hand towels and 2 body towels. -shower is amazing, rain and hand held shower head with plenty of strong hot water pressure and hot water that lasts. -collapsable laundry basket is provided in the room. -electronic curtain shade on the windows and the windows are big round ship-like glass. -hanger coats that you can hang your clothes and towels are provided in the room. -there is also a reading lamp and racks above the desk to put stuff which was nice. -tissue box is provided. -mrt entrance is directly across the road from the hotel. -wifi spee

Grundsätzlich gute Erfahrung. Ausgezeichneter Front Desk Service. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Nur ein paar Punkte, um Verbesserungen hervorzuheben. 1) die Toilettenabwasser schmeckte ein wenig für das erste Zimmer meine Gäste blieben 2) Keine unterschiedlichen Wahlen von Kissen. Mein Gast wollte einen weicheren Kissen, aber es gibt nicht. So konnte sie nicht sehr gut schlafen. 3) Gäste verloren ihr Konvertierungs-Plug in das Zimmer und kann nicht gefunden werden. Wenn Hausaufsicht eine gute Kontrolle n an der verlorenen und gefundenen Box gemacht hat, das wäre besser. Natürlich würden einige Gäste nicht zurückkommen, um es zu sammeln. Aber Sie können 1-2 Wochen vor dem Entsorgen, wenn nicht gesammelt. Trotzdem, ein wenig davon und das, würde ich dieses Hotel noch empfehlen, wenn meine anderen Freunde nach Singapur kommen.
