Meine Tochter und ich verbrachten hier zwei Wochen und wir waren sehr froh, dass wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben. Das einzige, was dieses Hotel wirklich von anderen entfernt hat, die wir in Libanon verblieben haben, ist die ausgezeichnete Gastfreundschaft, die wir von der ganzen Mitarbeiterin gezeigt haben, vor allem Samir und Nayiri am Frontbüro und Sultan im Restaurant. Wir genossen jeden Tag ein schönes Frühstück und einige der besten Kaffee um! Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, und es ist in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen. Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz auf der Straße und das Hotel hat auch einen Taxi (besonders dank Hussein und Elie!) Wir waren hier immer sehr sicher. Unser Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick und sehr große Lagerung! Wir schätzten die riesigen Schranken und Schranken, wir konnten mit dem gesamten Raum organisiert bleiben. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und unser Zimmer war schön und ruhig, obwohl wir nahe dem Aufzug waren. Das Hotel ist älter und kann zwar einige Updates (Haartrockner, ältere Outlets, ein bisschen Kleidung und Tränen) nutzen, aber es war sehr sauber und funktional. Hauspflege machte einen hervorragenden Job täglich. Wir hatten auch Werte (Passports, iPads, Apple Watches, Schmuck usw.) in unserem Zimmer und sogar Bargeld und nichts war jemals gestört. Wir haben nicht einmal unser Zimmer mit Sicherheit benutzt. Wir sind so froh, dass wir das Padova Hotel gefunden haben und wir werden hier bei jedem Besuch bleiben, sowie es an Freunde und Familie empfehlen.

We had an event with 90 attendees, 50 of them with hotel accommodation, and it was one of the best experiences in terms of service and staff support. Starting with the conference rooms, we had the room on the 8th floor for the conference. The room was very clean and organized. The view was incredible and the atmosphere was in general very motivating. The IT staff were very supportive and helpful. They supported in setting up all what we needed for live-streaming online and were very responsive to all our requests. For the meals, we had breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 coffee breaks. At all time, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. There was good variety of food and the quantities were sufficient for all. For the accommodation rooms, the room were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the panoramic rooms was amazing. What made the experience this much lovely and amazing is how friendly the staff were. Rima, Farid, Jihane, Hussein, and the IT staff were super responsive and lovely. Their support and kindness made the experience excellent. Looking forward to having more events hosted at Bossa Nova in the future!
