Panorama Naama Heights

Lovely hotel which you don’t know about . Someone is his name is Samuel he is work as pinter  discussion he is told me about this hotel which I pay £47 pounds for the 2 night also including everything I see that great price for the room and the food . First I come in the reception I find someone is called David he is so kind and have a good smiles also he help me to get to my room 1212 and he carried my bag 💼. When I want to the bar on the pool 🏊 I find someone is called ezzat he is lovely person and so kind with big smile 😃 and so helpful and he is honest which I left my bag in the bar table and I come back find it with him safe . advice in the bar you need coffee machine. Also I don’t want to forget about the chef is called Mohamed bbq 🍖 🧑🍳 the food was very local and lovely Egyptian bbq 🍗 I like to thank mr Adel the general manager too he was amazing.

旅館物超所值，房間大間乾淨整潔還有附陽台視野很棒，早餐提供很多種類麵包可以選擇，旅館有游泳池.大廳接待人員非常熱心.

The hotel is amazing and stuff is good and helpful Restaurant is very good and food varies and tasteful Animation team is very interesting and helpful and there is many activities and i really enjoyed the experience and I think I will came back 🥰

bad hotel it doesnt even deserve one star frr the food is horrible the restaurant have bad smell i fell sick just by go in it!! the pool is dirty and small resabtion is very old and the chairs are ribbed the same as resturant dont trust these comment its made by animation team they make you lie dont lie and let people come to this horrible place like i did.

Thanks for Mr Mina & Mr Hany efforts it was a much better stay. 1. Bed - supercomfy & big, quite firm, so slept well 10/10 2. Pillows are ok with harder twist -8/10 3. Bedlinen clean fresh ( not 100% ironed) - 8/10 4. Courtains - sunblocking so I could sleep well even during a day. - 10/10 5. Silence - I advise garden Deluxe as much more calm than pool facing -9/10 6. Meals - changing daily and quite tasty -9/10 7. Drinks - cant say as I was not drinking alcohol but "juices" are not real for each meal it is a mix of water and condensed juice - 6/10 8. Tea / coffee - again a choice between regular mint green and cinnamon is quite basic but all in all seams to be little budget. Coffee only as a instant - 6/10 a plus is a kettle and a selection of tea cofee instant inside the room -8/10 9. Breakfast - rather budget selection of cheese and meat , plenty of food to choose from while if you want scrammbled eggs or omlette prepare for 5-10min waiting time. I would suggest putting 2 cooks there. - 7/10 10. Lunch Dinner - good selection of different meals - 8/10 changed daily. 11. Room condition - relatively modern clean furniture and bed, noisy freezer taken out as not enough ventilation to cool down inside the furniture - 9/10 12. Facilities pool etc - good looking, modern -9/10 13. WI-Fi non existent in rooms had to buy my own so cannot rate the speed in the lobby -4/10 14. Distance - 15 min walk to Naama bay street plus 5EGP 2 min ride by a bus. Otherwise distant location. - 6/10 15. Beach - 3 routes in and out of the beach. No extra paid. Could use umbrella and sunbeds fpr free. Sandy orange sand. -8/10 All in all fair price, decent food, some optimations needed in the restaurant

A really good budget hotel. Needs a bit of care and attention then it would be amazing, broken tiles round pool, tired sunbeds, rooms that need new fridges, mirrors and odd bits. Simple jobs that would make it great. Staff are fantastic, Fady in the restaurant is an absolute legend. David on reception is also amazing. Entertainment in evening is hit and miss, either Great or not! Music is my biggest problem, 2 weeks here and the music round pool is exactly the same every day! Pool is good and the sun is amazing. The hotel beach is not good and having visited once that was probably the main reason I would choose a different hotel next time I come to Sharm.
