Das Habsburg Hotel in Harbin war von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise ein unglaubliches Erlebnis. Das Hotel hat von Anfang an ein europäisches Thema. Das Personal an der Rezeption begrüßt Sie immer freundlich, wenn Sie ein- und ausgehen. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sprechen Englisch und sind sowohl Einheimischen als auch Ausländern gegenüber zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war makellos und geräumig, die Betten waren bequem. Das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, war, dass es im Zimmer zu heiß war und die Temperaturregelung der Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, sodass wir die ganze Nacht bei geöffneten Fenstern schlafen mussten. Abgesehen davon gab es am ersten Tag der Ankunft kostenlose Snacks sowie Gutscheine, um das volle Erlebnis eines russischen High Tea sowie eines Cocktails am Abend an der Bar zu genießen. Dieses Hotel hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt und ist ein erschwingliches Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Harbin. Die Lage war perfekt, es befand sich in der Nähe der Songhua-Seilbahn, der Zhongyang-Straße, wo Sie lokales Streetfood genießen können, und in der Nähe der Sophienkathedrale. Wir haben auch das Mittagessen und Frühstück im Hotel genossen und der Service war fantastisch. Die Managerin Jenny war herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend und sorgte dafür, dass wir uns wohl fühlten und uns gut bedienten. Das Habsburg Hotel ist definitiv ein Hotel, das ich bei einem Besuch in Harbin empfehlen würde.

I extended my stay at Lizzy, special thanks to王嘉偉who reminded me that I actually needed to change and extend my stay for another night as I didn't notice I got mixed up with my dates, his attention to details on customer's bookings is very much appreciated, 嘉偉，a job well done! Also loved the little farewell gift from the hotel, very thoughtful of them. I definitely would recommend my friends and relatives to stay at this hotel if they visit Harbin. 😊

Der Service ist aufmerksam und enthusiastisch, das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und auch das Frühstück ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, direkt neben dem Red Brick Morning Market und der Central Street. Zur Sophienkathedrale sind es etwa 20 Minuten und zum Stalin Park und dem Flood Control Memorial Tower etwa 25 Minuten. Tolles Aufenthaltserlebnis!

It is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season. Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility. As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave. Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with Subway Line 2 right outside, making it easy to reach Snow and Ice World, Central Street, and other attractions. The breakfast was decent and very convenient, especially in the extreme cold when going out for food would have been tiring. The room was comfortable enough for a good rest, and the lobby had a grand and impressive design. Overall, a great choice for a stay, especially for those visiting in winter!

We were delighted to find that our room was spacious and provided ample space for us to relax and unwind. The reading lounge in the room was a lovely addition, allowing us to enjoy some quiet reading time. The bathroom is spacious and clean. The check-in staff were friendly and willing to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had. The helpfulness and courteousness made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Convenient Location: The hotel's location was truly advantageous, as it was within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, which is known as Asia's longest pedestrian street. This central location allowed us to easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Harbin. The inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea was a delightful addition to our stay. The hotel offered a decent selection of food during both meals, ensuring that we had a satisfying start to our day and a pleasant afternoon treat. Staff at the restaurant were always attentive and ready to assist us. They provided excellent service and ensured that our dining experience was enjoyable. Their attentiveness added an extra touch of warmth and hospitality to our meals. City Tour Arrangements: We were pleased to discover that the hotel had a local tour arranger at the lobby near the reception area. Ms. Tong Tong, the tour arranger, proved to be extremely helpful in organizing a private car for our city tour. She ensured that our preferences were taken into account and made valuable suggestions for places to explore. Professional and Polite Driver: Our driver for the city tour, Mr. Gwu MiAn, was exceptional in his professionalism and attentiveness. He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour. Overall, our stay at was memorable and enjoyable. The spacious rooms, clean bathroom, helpful check-in staff, convenient location, inclusion of breakfast buffet and afternoon tea with decent selections, and the attentive restaurant staff all contributed to a positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and seeking a comfortable and convenient stay.

A true hospitality gem in Harbin In all of our travels through China and Southeast Asia in the last several years, my wife and I have been fortunate to stay in many lovely hotels and inns, and the superbly located Maxx Hotel in Harbin is certainly one of them. Under the excellent management — Mr. Liu Weifeng, and another young female front desk manager whose last name happen to be Liu as well — and their hardworking team of hospitality experts, the Maxx has embraced a true entrepreneurial spirit to provide guests a distinctive, top-tier hospitality experience. After a long train ride, we were in dire need of a comfortable and well-appointed room with view, and we weren’t disappointed! We took our time to decompress and enjoy the large lobby, uniquely positioned on the penthouse 25th floor, to enjoy the panoramic view of the Songhua River and a bird’s eye view of nearly every major attraction of central Harbin and its impressive night-time skyline — of course, all within a minutes relaxing stroll. The Maxx’s amenities include a terrific buffet breakfast featuring local and national cuisines, an afternoon tea, and even late night snacks and beverages. Guests have the liberty of just enjoying the hotel’s amenities or walking to all the major tourist attractions, which we did, like the bustling evening stroll we took on Central Street, or our short walk to marvel at the Russian Orthodox-inspired St. Sofia Cathedral with the special bonus of people watching all the young people dressed in historical and fantastical costumes for photos to embrace the “otherworldly” atmosphere. We also strolled around the Memorial commemorating overcoming the Great Flood of 1957, enjoyed the cool, verdant shade of the beautiful Gen. Zhaolin Li Park, as well as enjoyed the bridges, river ferries, trams, and laser shows — all merely steps away — or if you are in a more relaxing frame of mind watching the entire spectacle from your perch on the 25th floor! We did both. We urge you to visit the Maxx in Harbin and enjoy Mr. Liu and team’s special hospitality. You definitely won’t regret it.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, mit guter Soft- und Hardware.Der Schlüssel ist, dass es sich in einem Touristenkomplex befindet, in dem Essen, Unterkunft, Unterhaltung und Einkaufen bequem sind.Es verdient es, das Eltern-Kind-Hotel Nummer eins in der Region zu sein, und das ist es auch ist in der Tat lobenswert. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich und ergreift die Initiative, um die Zimmerkategorie unter Berücksichtigung der tatsächlichen Bedürfnisse der Gäste zu verbessern, und lobt Cui Yang, Guan Guan und Demi.

This is a very nice hotel, close to the most busy central street. It has great location within 5 minutes walk to many interesting places. The hotel staff is very friendly. The service is very quick after request. We’ll definitely come back next time.

Das Hotel ist neu dekoriert, hat keinen Geruch, das Bett ist komfortabel und das Geschmack ist nicht vollständig. Diese Lage ist auch großartig und eine sehr bequeme Reise! Die Rezeption ist sehr herzlich, um zehn Uhr Abends hilf mir auch, die Medikamente zu holen, das Frühstück ist sehr groß, der Restaurant Xiaochuan Yang Yao Syster Service ist intim an der Stelle, und ich hilf mir auch, das Essen für die Kinder zu verpacken, im Allgemeinen fühlt es sich sehr gut an!
