Das Hotel war insgesamt schön, das Frühstück war fantastisch und die Annehmlichkeiten waren großartig. Das einzige Problem war, dass das Personal an der Rezeption uns gegenüber etwas seltsam war. Ich sagte ihnen, dass ich das Zimmer mit zwei Frühstücken pro Zimmer und Tag gebucht hatte, aber sie bestanden darauf, dass sie uns nur eines pro Zimmer und Tag geben würden, obwohl dies eindeutig auf dem Buchungsgutschein vermerkt war. Sie sagten uns sogar, wir sollten mit trip.com sprechen und dass dies nicht ihr Problem sei. Nachdem ich ihnen schließlich den Gutschein erneut gezeigt hatte, gaben sie nach und sagten, okay, ich werde es für Sie im System einrichten, sodass Sie zwei Frühstücke pro Zimmer und Tag bekommen können. Ich war sauer.

Stayed for 1night & it was an amazing experience! I love the environment so beautiful, room was spacious and the service here was top notch! We even get a complimentary drink & kuih upon check in and they deco our room with some simple birthday decoration cause i did write in the details that this is for ”birthday staycation”. Thank you Palm Garden Hotel, will definitely coming back!

Hotel Review: A Great Stay for a Night Event I stayed at Putrajaya Marriot Hotel for one night to attend a night event, and I must say, everything was awesome! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, being just a short distance from IOI City Mall, making it easy to explore the area. As for the room, although it was on the smaller side, it was surprisingly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The amenities were well-maintained, and I found the bed to be very cozy. Breakfast was definitely a highlight – it was super delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I really enjoyed the meal and it was a great way to start the day. However, I did have a minor issue when the housekeeping knocked on my door a little too early before the check-out time, which disrupted my morning a bit. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event nearby or simply looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay. Rating: 4/5 – Great location, comfortable room, and amazing breakfast, but a minor hiccup with housekeeping timing.

Großer Blick vom oberen Stockzimmer. Zimmer ist modern, sauber und schön gestaltet. Zimmer ein bisschen klein. Bett ist komfortabel. Frühstück (Sahar) ist gut und lecker. Keine Handbidet in der Toilette. Das einzige, was nicht gut ist, ist ein kleiner Desk und unkomfortable Stuhl für die Arbeit. Nicht geeignet für die Arbeitsaufenthalte.

This hotel is so nice. Compare to other hotel in this area, this hotel is very comfortable, location convenient, staff very friendly, the most important thing is that they have washing machine for guest!!! Highly recommended!!!

The location is quiet and good. The level of cleanliness is less than good. The owner is a helpful person. I don’t think I can rent him again.
