Green Forest Hotel

There was no room service. I stayed for three days but no one came to clean the room on any day even when I asked. No one replaced the water bottles. I had to go to the reception to get some water to drink. The reception staff do not speak any English or Malay and were not helpful. When I asked to book a taxi, they just told me they could but gave no details or information about the cost. When I asked for a universal adapter to use with my charger to charge the phone or laptop, they could not understand what I wanted. They put a menu for food in the room. When I asked about it, they said no food was available. My room had a window with a view. The view was an ugly construction site that burnt diesel all day and turned the air at the hotel into a smelly black cloud. The window offered no privacy because anyone could enter the room from it. I had booked a longer stay, but decided to cut my stay short and moved to another property.
