This is a nice hotel & I enjoyed the stay, though my room was a disappointment. But first the good points. The location is terrific, in the very heart of the city, I always felt like every point of interest was just a hop & a skip away. Conversely, it is tucked away in a quiet back street, making for peaceful sleep. My check-in experience was top notch, the young lady on reception at the time was helpful, friendly & switched on. She also gave fabulous restaurant recommendations. The highly rated, fine dining restaurant, Villena, was closed during my stay & the hotel was only offering light bites. As a consequence, I didn’t dine in-house. I found the bar a rather soulless place so didn’t drink there either. I had booked a Superior Double Room, which looked very alluring on various booking platforms, including the hotels website. The allocated room didn’t remotely resemble the photographs (which show a very desirable looking semi circle window overlooking the Esmera Valley). Instead, my room had 2 small, shoulder height windows, & was dreary & featureless. I decided against complaining as I was only staying one night, plus, I checked-in very early & was thankful a room was immediately available (I was told it was a different room to the one originally allocated due to my early arrival, but the same category). I didn’t like the room, but to be fair, it wasn’t a bad room, it just wasn’t as advertised, so more a case of unfulfilled expectations. A recent TA reviewer also alludes to this issue… Actually the bathroom was very nice, good products, & a terrific shower. It also had a bath, but this still had the sticky residue left on, across the entire length of the bath, from what I assume was a protective coating, in place at purchase. Unfortunately it had the appearance of scum & as such I didn’t want to use the bath. I’m staggered management haven’t seen fit to get this seen to, it looks disgusting. The hotel hails itself the first 5 star in Segovia but it doesn’t feel 5 star. For example, the in-room. coffee/tea cups are paper, the ‘spoons’ a wooden stirrer, a la McDonalds. To conclude, it’s a pleasant hotel, & with a few tweaks could be very good. On price/quality ratio it’s doing a decent job ...... but be sure to get the room you think you’re getting.

Great location. Spacious, comfortable room. The staff were friendly, warm and efficient. Loved this hotel, courtyard and cloisters for an evening drink and cosy bar. Just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy an evening meal at the restaurant. The menu and photos were tempting!

Weil Sie Segovia besonders gefallen, suchte ich ein Hotel mit Parkplätzen. Dieses Hotel kann nicht zurückgezahlt werden. Von Torydo bis Segovia fahren eine halbe Stunde, parkieren Sie das Auto auf der weißen Linie der Hoteltür. Während Ihres Aufenthalts wurde ein gelbes Haar auf der Rezeption gehalten, informiert die Rezeption, dass das Auto an einem Ort zu parken ist, an dem die Gebühr erhoben werden muss, und es gibt keine kostenlose Parkplätze, die Sie beim Buchen sehen, Der weiße Fahrrad-Sitz kann fünf Minuten aufhalten und die Überstunde wird mich mit dem Zugwagen ziehen. Die Bleue Linie ist hinter dem Funken, weil sie nicht funktioniert. Die Rezeption hat mir die Kennnummer in einem sehr unermüdlichen Fall eingegeben. Ich habe mich wiederholt überprüft, ob das Auto richtig ist, nachdem ich die Zahlung gestatten konnte. Aber ich erhielt am Abend eine 80-euro-Geldstrafe, aber die Rezeption bedeutete, dass ich nicht glücklich war, sie konnte es nicht. Dann erfuhr ein Mitarbeiter mir die Möglichkeit, die Geldstrafe zu entfernen, bevor er wusste, dass die Methode, die Rezeption mit der Kennnummer zu schreiben, falsch war, um die Rezeptiontheorie zu finden, Das heißt, wir sind die Rezeption. Wir wissen nicht, wie man die Kennzeichen eingeben kann. Das hat nichts mit uns zu tun. Ich habe ein Feuer, ein Schlag, mein Herz ist nicht glücklich, es ist keine Diskriminierung? Am nächsten Tag ging der Austritt wieder in die Theorie, um zurückzukehren, in der Tat, dieses Hotel wohnt sehr unsachgemäß.

Für Mietwagen ist ein sehr guter Punkt, dass es einen kostengünstigen Autoservice gibt, und gerade auf der alten Straße ist es eine Attraktion, zwei Schritte zu der Wasserdichtigkeit. Es gibt einen Kleidungsstück auf der alten Straße, das wirklich sehr lecker ist, das Außengehäuse ist, und es gibt wenige Gerichte, die denken, dass sie die chinesischen Gerichte zu genießen. Dieses Hotel ist sehr elegant und kann 360 Grad über dem Dach liegen. Sie können die Landschaft der ganzen Stadt beobachten, ob es sich um Sonnenuntergang oder Sonnenaufgang handelt. Das Wetter ist gut, Sie können sie sehen.

Qualität bei seinem besten, freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Personal, luxuriösen Zimmer. Idyllische Halte auf unserer Motorradtour Spaniens. Ruhig verbracht durch schön sauberen Pool. Altstadt ca. 20-30min Geh weg oder kann in einem Taxi springen. Plaza Mayor ein wenig weiter und Pandora Food & Drink ein Must.

Strukturell schön, Große Aussichten und schönes Zimmer. ....aber, etwas unbehaglich über dort bleiben. Wunderbar, dass wir am Samstag Abend nicht draußen erlaubt wurden, weil es eine Hochzeit gab... wir waren ganz klar auf dem Weg als einfache Gäste! Wir fühlten uns wie Gefangene in unserem Zimmer , nur die Alternative war die Bar ... die einen Fußballspiel im Fernsehen hatte. Wir liebt es sehr, die laute Hochzeits-Pub-Band von unserem Balkon bis spät zum Abend zu hören. allgemein - nicht alles, was wir von einem Parador erwartet haben!

For our overnight stay we have chosen the “Hotel Los Arcos”, and this for his superb location close to the historic center, about a small 5m on foot from the tourist office next to the Segovia aqueduct. Here are many restaurants where you can have a meal. And for those who do not stay for a night, they can park the car in the underground garage near the Aqueduct. The hotel has its own garage and access from inside the hotel with a lift so that luggage can be loaded safely and as comfortably as possible. The staff were very attentive, breakfast is very good, and varied! So we where very pleased with our choice, and when we are coming back to Segovia, we already do know where we will stay.

1 Nacht im Hotel geblieben, aber war gründlich enttäuscht. Es begann mit dem Bett ... wir hatten während der Buchung ein King-Size-Bett ausgewählt und was wir bekamen war ein Doppelbett. Nicht wirklich die beste Wahl, wenn Sie mit Ihrem Mann reisen. Auf der Oberseite gab es ein weiteres Einzelbett im Zimmer. So, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 3, ja DREI, Betten !!! Es gab sogar ein kleines Bad in dem Zimmer. Das Eigentum ist alt und die Zimmer sind auch sehr alt. Keine Badräben unsere Slips wurden bereitgestellt. Das Badezimmer hatte ein Bad und ein Bidet. Das Zimmerservicemenü hatte sehr begrenzte Optionen. Das Zimmer hatte einen schönen Blick auf das Aquadukt und das war der beste Teil davon. Die Lage war großartig mit vielen Bars und Restaurants um. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos und das Personal hilfreich.

The location is great for seeing the town. You are on the doorstep of all of it and we had a good view from our room of the viaduct. It is near the bustops but this is not a problem and the triple glazing meant no noise in the room at night. There are a wealth of restaurants and bars within 2 mins walk (also a Burger King and McDonalds should you want). Parking - is very close. I did send an email to the hotel to enquire how it works but got no reply. You park in the public car park right outside the hotel and then the hotel give you a discount card, one for each night you stay. Take the card you got when you enter, present it at the payment station, then present your discount card. Then you will be allowed out. Welcome was efficient and friendly. The room is VERY tired. Our room faced the main road so we had a good view of Segovia. Bed, we asked for twin but got a double, too tired to bother changing rooms. The bed was firm, which we like but pillows were bolster style, which is not good for sharing. Luckily there was a spare in the cupboard so we could have one each. Fridge in the room which was useful. The decoration in the bedroom is dated and shabby but it is the bathroom which is from about 1950s and really needs to be updated. Shower over bath not very good and took a while for the water to come through but it functioned. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING through the wall (not a place for a honeymoon I would suggest). There is no rooftop bar which was one of the attractions but there was plenty to do elsewhere. There is no safe in the room and the air conditioning is so loud you can't really have it on and try to sleep. Overall if you want just a stop on travels this is OK but for no more than one night.

Ein charmantes Hotel auf dem Plaza Mayor in Segovia Altstadt. Schönes, komfortables und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hauptplatz mit Blick auf die Kathedrale. Das Frühstücksgebiet ist freundlich, aber die Auswahl und Qualität der Lebensmittel ist gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfreich. Obwohl auf der Plaza Mayor die vorderen Zimmer im Allgemeinen ruhig sind, obwohl wir eine Nacht hatten, als einige 'rody' Orte beschlossen, eine laute 2-3 Stunde Kreislauftour der Stadt zu gehen. Wie wir in diesem Hotel zuvor verblieben, ist dies ungewöhnlich und nicht der Schuld des Hotels. Wir würden sicher empfehlen, und bleiben Sie wieder, wenn wir in Zukunft Segovia besuchen.
