They are always on top of things and make us feel like part of the family. Text communications help for everything and they respond to every text promptly. Very helpful and the best place on the promenade...the glassed in patio is our favorite place to enjoy.

Lovely hotel right on the beach and close to the attractions and little town where there is an arcade, restaurants and all kinds of things to do. Super friendly staff who are willing to help when needed! Very clean rooms with amazing views. Very much recommended!

What a great, smaller hotel. The view and the proximity to the beach are unmatched. Staff were great at check in and had a great recommendation for a dinner spot within walking distance. There was plenty of parking and an indoor pool. Many places are within walking distance. Continental breakfast was included. Would love to stay longer and will return.

We just finished three days here and didn't want to leave, wished it was three weeks. From the size and cleanliness of the rooms to the fine young man at the desk afternoons and early evenings who went three for three on restaurant recommendations it was perfect. If you want to park your car and walk to everything that Seaside has to offer while staying in a kichy throwback on the beach hotel this is the place. We fell in love with it and will definitely be back. Thank you. Thank you again.

This lovely hotel is right on the beach and within walking distance to activities, restaurants and is about 30 minutes from Lewis & Clark Park. The room was spectacular, clean and comfortable for me and my little dogs who loved the beach. The shower was the best I've had in a hotel in years! There is a laundry room, indoor pool, hot tub and breakfast room with patio. The staff were phenomenal, especially Sam who moved his car so I could unload in front of my room. There is plenty of parking, but you might have to park behind the pool. This is a 4 star hotel without being pretentious. It is well taken care and everyone is friendly. I will definitely be back...hated to leave..

Charming Inn managed by an incredibly welcoming team! So accommodating. They made our stay so fun and easy. They made great recommendations for dining and pointed us to off the beaten path tourist sites. We would absolutely stay there again. The indoor pool and hot tub were an awesome way to unwind after a day at the beach (great place to shower and rinse off all the sand!) incredible views of the ocean and the beach is 10 feet from the back patio.

The room had been updated since the last time we were there. It had a new balcony with a great view. The room had king size bed and a nice full size fridge and stove with a dishwasher. Bit the view stole the show, well worth the price. It's nice to open the back door and sleep to the sounds of the ocean.

Friendly staff very clean beds comfortable and free small breakfast, can’t complain one bit. Pool was very clean and the hot tub was fantastic. They even had a s’mores pack you can buy from the lobby that includes firewood, fire starter, matches, and everything you need for s'mores! We Will use them again next trip.

Very clean room and comfortable bed with the best pillows I've ever had at other hotels. I usually bring my own because I hate flat hotel pillows. This hotel is close to not only the beach, but within walking distance of most places I wanted to see. Great staff at the front desk!
