Best location choice for overnight lay over in AMS airport. 24 hours Gym is slightly smaller than I thought. Service is not satisfied. When I check in, they confirmed luggage storage available ( I specified I need a 8 days storage), so I repacked my luggage so I can drop the dirty clothes and things I won’t use in resting my trip. When I checked out the refused to accept and tell me the max storage is 4 days. After I complained they did grant me the storage, but it’s a quite unpleasant conversation and ruined my mood.

The hotel is conveniently located just next to Schipol Airport and train station, therefore can easily reach attractions in Amsterdam and nearby towns. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. There is no fridge in the room, otherwise the room is spacious and clean.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient—just a one-minute walk from the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers with early flights or short layovers. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming. The service was excellent, with staff who were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive to guests’ needs. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a good Western breakfast with a variety of options, all fresh and satisfying. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service right next to the airport.

Lovely spacious room that is extremely convenient for our early 6am flight. Friendly welcome at front desk.

Good hotel. Within minutes walk from baggage claim exit of the airport. Connected by tunnel with elevator and escalator so you don’t feel like you’ve left the airport. Can take luggage trolley inside your room too. Great for overnight layovers

Hotel was easy to access from arrivals. Staff were very accommodating at reception. The room was quite spacious and clean. We had a very late arrival and early departure but enjoyed a few drinks in the lounge before retiring. Very pleasant experience.

The frontdesk customer service manager Andreea is courteous and have good knowledge on the jobs. Our booking will complicated and She help us to secure the same room for multiple booking forvthe 4 nights stay.

The staff at checked in counter was not very friendly. We booked club rooms with lounge access but on checking in, the access card key was not properly done to allow access. Luckily, the staff at the Lounge helped with the access. No instructions was given on the venue of the breakfast.

I booked one month in advance but even though I wanted to cancel 5 minutes after booking they refused to refund.
