Overall, the room was clean and well appointed. The room is showing its age though: There were no usb ports available in the room and the fridge’s compressor was making noise. The beds were a bit hard for our liking. The AC would not go below 68 and took a while to cool the room to that temp. With so many options in the area - we will likely stay somewhere else next time.

The staff is pleasant, however the hotel does not meet Marriott standards. The kitchen was filthy. We took pictures because we couldn’t believe the conditions. Furniture too dirty to sit on, carpet torn in places, no closet doors, beds were made up with old bumpy pillows and wrinkled old sheets. The continental breakfast was a disaster. The staff tried to make things better but closing it down for renovations and new management is what it requires. We’ll see if Marriott follows up on this or just allows travelers to stay in this substandard property.

Let me start by saying that Lydia, at the front desk, and the housekeeping staff were absolutely AMAZING. We rented a 2 room suite for the night in order to attend a wedding. We realized at the last minute that we'd need an early check in. Lydia was not only able to get us an early check in, but she also held some items after checkout for one of our party. This woman deserves a raise! She was helpful, polite, friendly and professional. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed - all for a very reasonable price. And the location off 295 was very convenient.

Terrible Marriott—-do not stay here! They should be ashamed at condition of units and price they charge. We had a studio with a queen size bed. All the units are in serious need of an updating. Rooms are dingy and were not clean, there were stains on carpet, couch, etc. Kitchen pots included one medium sized frying pan with 2 covers that did not fit. No other pans in kitchen. Dishes and silverware were not plentiful . Microwave was tiny, barely could fit a small casserole dish in it that I had brought. No oven, only 2 small stove top burners. Mattress on pull out couch was so thin, you could feel the springs coming through. They were not generous with towels, kitchen supplies ( for example, detergent for dish washer was enough to run it once only), soap, etc. Indoor pool was the size of a large hot tub without the heat or bubbles. They had one grill available to use which appeared to be 30 years old, was rusty with filthy grates and no utensils supplied. They charge an additional $5.00 a day to park. The only pluses were the free breakfast every morning which was very good with multiple choices and free cookies and snacks were available in afternoon. Also the kitchen and front desk staff were very pleasant. Of note, we were planning to stay there for a 5 day baseball tournament which was cancelled after 2 days due to rainy weather and they did allow us a credit for the 2 nights we did not stay. Sadly, we were expecting much better from Marriott overall.

Not too impressed with this place... the rooms need serious updating. Our bathroom had stains and dirt. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were terrible. We had a room with kitchen and pull out sofa. Sofa was AWFUL.. you could feel the metal through the mattress, our couch was stained, the kitchen had barely any cookware. Plenty of better hotels around

Staff is friendly and the breakfast was really good. Our room (302) was in need of some attention. Couch has stains on the chaise and on the arms. Kitchen needs some spiffing up, mostly the cupboards. Fridge handle is wobbly. Over all, the room was clean and comfortable. Mattress needs turning and a deep cleaning through out.

This was the worst residence inn we ever stayed at. And the staff and mostly the General Manager did not care at all. I will never stay here again.... It was filthy and unmaintained. There was no net on the tennis court..the pool was dirty..and the rooms were not up to par for the cost !!

Excellent service provided by the front desk in offering guidance on places to visit in the area. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Heating system was a law unto itself…. Even when turned off it blew random noises all night! Breakfast was simple but effective. Just be careful with the Turkey sausages….. they were not good! The rest was absolutely fine

Terrible hotel. Marriott should be ashamed to put their brand on this barely above a run-down roadside motel. The entire hotel is dingy, frayed carpets, and stains everywhere. The staff, save for one, were friendly and helpful, so that at least saves this from a zero rating.
