Embassy Suites by Hilton Savannah Airport

The hallway of the floor smelled very badly. My kids had to cover their noses. The breakfast was the worst I have experienced at an Embassy Suites. The dining room was dirty, there was barely any offerings, no yogurt, no bagels, no ice, no coffee, etc. It was a very poor breakfast. The front desk was not very friendly. I asked how to get to downtown Savannah, and they said they had no idea. My room had no blankets or pillows for the sofa bed, so I called the front desk. They made me go down at midnight to pick up the blanket and pillows. Overall, one of the poorest Embassy Suites we have stayed at.

The best part of the hotel is the breakfast The made to order breakfast was excellent!! The lobby is very pretty but that’s it. The decor is old and dated and needs major upgrades. The phone on my room did not work and no one ever came to replace or fix. It. The whole room is too dark and no lamp in the corner on the end tables. All of the Embassy suites should be remodeled. I always stay at Hilton hotels and this was the worst they need to do better. Also we stayed next too the Homewood suites and I wish I never changed from there they are much better and owed by Hilton also.

Left as soon as we saw room. Bathroom toilet leaking. Hairs in shower. Room was 84 degrees. Carpet tore up. Room was very outdated.

This place is a dumb!! What a poor representation of the Hilton brand. It's dirty, from the exterior to the interior. I'm sorry I booked this place. My room was change 4 times due to dirty sheets, HVAC noise, and toilet issues. Save your money and time.

I enjoyed my stay here. The evening reception wasn't as nice as I've experienced at other Embassy's. The breakfast was good, although I think the end time should be later. The rooms were the perfect size for our stay.

Were in Savannah for just one night and needed a hotel near the interstate. Chose this property because we are Hilton Honor members have always enjoyed Embassy Suites' above average accommodations. This location unfortunately disappointed us greatly. The whole property is in dire need of a refresh and or renovation. Carpet was old, dingy and smelled musty, our AC in our room never got lower than 76* despite our constantly trying to get it down, the seats in the common area all needed to be reupholstered or replaced (cracked and torn coverings), the ice machine on our floor was not working and the breakfast (usually a constant at Embassy Suites) was not good at all surprisingly. There were lots of hairs among the sheets when we pulled out the sofabed. Had to call the front desk for fresh sheets. On the positive side, the staff we dealt with were kind and we were pleased with our interactions with them. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and pressure. If the property manager or owner would invest in refreshing this location and perhaps doing a better job at staying consistent with other Embassy Suites location on the breakfast quality, this property could be much better. Until then, this property really should not be branded as an Embassy Suites. The customer certainly expects more from this chain.

Nice hotel. Toilet was a bit loud after flushing. Wasn't told that I would be charged a $10 self parking fee beforehand, but all in all, nice stay.

The room was very clean . Breakfast was awesome with ordering your choice of omelets.

Loved everything this is my 3rd time coming to this hotel will come back ever time
