Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Savannah Southside

I had to ring the front desk bell four times before someone came. Waited for about eight minutes. This was at about 4pm. The room was clean enough. Unidentified drips and splatters here and there on the walls. Even though we booked for two nights we were given only one set of towels and one roll of toilet paper. I had to ask for more. The lobby bathroom was short on toilet paper, had no paper towels, and full garbage. The next day, the garbage had no been changed. Still no paper towels and now no toilet paper. Had to go to the front desk and ask if I could refill it. They let me. Seemed like only one person was working at any given time and multiple times I went to the front desk and there was a sign up that they were helping someone else. Lots of papers left out at the front desk with hotel booking information with no one around to keep it private. Overall I got a good deal and one person held it down enough to be average. I wouldn’t go back if I had to pay more to stay there.

I was given the room key for an occupied room, the room I received was not cleaned thoroughly . My 4 year old found half full water bottle by the bed, there was no hand soap we made due with the body wash in the shower and the toilet ran all night. The room I originally received a room key for about 2 hours later another person was given the same occupied room. The poor people in room 310, I am sure they were more than annoyed. The breakfast was ok. The front staff were very nice. I have deft had better stays, but it was not a disaster.

早餐和歡朋差不多，風格類似，但是沒有水果和果汁選擇會少一點，房間很大，空調很給力，但是就是設施整體有些老舊了。總體還不錯

Great location but not as advertised! July in Savannah, Georgia, and the swimming pool does not work. It’s closed. Very very disappointing on a scorching day. The bed was comfortable, but the roar of the Air Conditioner kept me awake most of the night. The window had darkening shades, which was good because our room looked onto the parking lot. We had a small, basic bathroom, a comfortable couch, and microwave. We were given one single pod of coffee for the coffee maker in the room. Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, sausages, cereal, toast, and yogurt.

My husband and I flew down to Savannah to attend a wedding. We got in late from our flight. The lock for the door was broken, there was pink mold all over the shower, and there was some type of white, dried bodily fluid on the couch cushions. My husband spoke with the manager but when the manager saw that we purchased our stay through a third party administrator, Priceline for flight and hotel package, the manager refused to do anything to resolve the situation. He advised there were no other room for us to move to, and that we would have to contact Priceline to be refunded. Due to how late it was, we stayed the night and checked out the following morning. We were supposed to be there for several days. When we returned from our trip, I contacted Priceline. They called the hotel to ask to speak with management. Comfort Inn and Suites advised that we would need to call back between 9:00am to 11:00am, when management would be in. I called Priceline back and they contacted the hotel again and the manager was not there. Priceline advised they emailed management with no response for days. Highly disappointed on this experience, especially since I usually stay at Comfort Inn and Suites when I am traveling. Customer service and resolution was pretty much nonexistent.

Interesting that all 8 reviews were from new members, 7 of 8 were their only reviews , all rated perfect 5’s. My experience was different. Trusted TripAdvisor. When we arrived there was a heavy presence of police officers. We went up to our room only to find that the person in the room next to us had passed away. Front desk did not notify us the coroner did. Got in the room floor was soaking wet from the air conditioner leaking, refrigerator was so Frozen that it was hot we could not use it and to top it off the deadbolt got stuck in the engaged position and we were trapped in our room. Had to call the front desk several times to let us out. We requested another room and we're told there was nothing available. We were told the manager would be in first thing in the morning to address the situation. I asked for the manager several times before checking out to which I was told he was still not in. I was told that he would call me and give me my money back. That was Sunday it is now Tuesday and I have still yet to hear from this hotel manager. The worst experience I have ever had I do not recommend you stay here the hotel manager definitely does not care about hospitality and definitely was not trying to fix the situation.
