"We booked this motel based on past reviews. We were not expecting perfection but something a little better than we got. When we checked in, the staff had upgraded us to a room with a king bed instead of a queen. That was very nice. We were assigned Room #2. The first thing we noticed was the smell, it seems like someone had been smoking in the room. It was very dark paint on the walls which made it seem dingy. While the room seems clean there was no night table lamps, which made the walk from the light switch by the entrance door to the bed a perilous journey after turning the light out. This is an older motel so there was no desk top plug ins for charging phones so had to put them on the floor. The bathroom while it seemed renovated and clean did have mold around the corners between the shower stall and toilet. There is no fan in the bathroom so after a shower the mirrors are totally fogged up, the only option is to open the window which makes things kind of chilly in the winter. Staff were very pleasant. Will not stay here again."

"Es gab so viele Dinge, die repariert werden mussten, bevor ich in die Bewegung, dass sie sagten, dass es getan werden würde, während ich dort lebte und sie nichts getan. Sie können Gespräche durch die Wände hören, die es schwer zu schlafen machten. Nichts auf ihrer Website ist wirklich wahr. Jedes Zimmer ist mit Fehlern gefüllt und jedes Zimmer hat auch Geruch und Form in ihnen. Die Badewanne haben Ruf und Bleiprobleme. Sie haben einen Mieter, der in das Leben aller einbezogen wird und versuchen, das zu kontrollieren, was auch passiert, gibt es auch viele **** und Trinken weiter."

"It’s a clean, comfortable, quiet place to sleep. Best breakfast place in town is right next door. What else could you want??? Great bed, clean, lots of space for parking. Good price. I’m in Sarnia a lot, and this is the place I stay at. Also nice to support a local family business, instead of the big chains."
