Location: This hotel borders Odori Park, which I enjoyed traversing daily to restaurants and shopping. It offered the best of both worlds -- the tranquility and beauty of the park while being close (10-20 minute walk) to food, shopping and entertainment. For those inclined to nightly visits to bars and clubs, Susukino may be more convenient; for me, this Odori Park location was ideal. Cleanliness: Very clean at all facilities-- the lobby, dining area, public restroom, hallway, guest room Service: Exceptional. I truly appreciated the front desk staff's attentive service and answers to all my questions. I felt as if they were my family members greeting me as I left the hotel in the morning and returned in the evening. I particularly appreciated the pretty lady who told me in detail where I could purchase roasted sweet potatoes one late evening.. Facilities: The hotel is relatively small with a small lobby, but the guest rooms were much larger than average hotel rooms in Japan in this class. There was sufficient space on the floor to keep my suitcase open on the floor, which is usually not the case at other hotels. I would love to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Sapporo.

While the service at this hotel was very good (as was the complimentary breakfast) it must be said that this hotel is really showing it's age All of this would be fine as it is on the cheap side, but the whole hotel had a bad smell, with our bathroom absolutely reeking of mildew Also, for some strange reason there was tissue stuck in the peephole - this may have been from the previous guest, but if so it's curious that the cleaning staff didn't remove it Its a shame because I would have really enjoyed my stay here otherwise - they provide free bath salts for the bath but I didn't use them because of the awful smell. Thankfully we only stayed one night

One of the biggest advantages is its convenient location near the airport limousine bus stops—S27 when arriving at the hotel and S32 for departure to the airport. This made my travel hassle-free, especially in the cold weather. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, well-heated, and provided a comfortable stay despite the chilly temperatures outside. The amenities were sufficient, and the Wi-Fi connection was stable. Additionally, the hotel is close to local dining options and convenience stores, making it easy to grab a meal or any necessities. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel with easy airport access. I would stay here again!

Great location in the Tanukikoji shopping arcade. Easy access to the street car and Donki. The room is a decent size so that we can still open 2 pieces of luggage.

Great location just several minutes' walk from JR Sapporo. Two large convenience stores just downstairs. Room is average Japanese size which is quite small and it's ok to open a 28 inch luggage along the room corridor. Have a large table which is handy. Got all the amenities and self-serviced. Room is pretty quiet. Good for the purpose and the price.

We’re a group of 3 people booking the hollywood triple room for 2 nights. The room is quite small, we need to take turn openning the luggages but with the price and its location, its understandable. Location is really close to odori park and subway. The other tourist attractions like Sapporo tv tower, the shopping places or restaurants are within walking distance. There’s no hotel’s parking lot but they has special deal with one of the lot nearby. You have to ask for it. Overall, i would recommend this hotel. Really convenient
