Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

Die Innenräume des Hotels sind nichts anderes als erstaunlich. Das Design ist elegante, modern und unglaublich stilvoll, mit allen Details gedacht geheilt. I recently stayed at Hotel Emion Sapporo for 3N, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel is just a 7-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, making it very convenient for travellers. There are malls and plenty of shops near the station. It is also located next to the bus terminal, which serves as a gathering area for those who have booked day tours—a major plus for sightseeing.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained (almost new), with a modern and welcoming ambience. A convenient feature is the 7-Eleven store linked directly to the hotel, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials anytime.
A highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet (local), which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right with a nice view of the falling snow.
The only downside for us was the room layout—we felt there was quite a bit of wasted space that could have been utilized better. However, this didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay.
Despite this minor issue, Hotel Emion Sapporo is a solid choice for those looking for convenience, cleanliness, and quality service in Sapporo. Would definitely recommend it!

This hotel is a must especially if you’re going during the Sapporo Yuki Matsuri (Snow Festival). Susukino and Odori site are only few blocks away and the Tsudome site is only a subway ride away. It’s super close to the subway station and it’s also close to Nakajima Park where you can play in the snow. The Susukino site is a very lively place with plenty of shops and restaurants.

3 of us staying in a room with 3 beds, the room is a bit small compared to what we have at Otaru but since it is at City so is reasonable. The service is good, help us to receive our posted luggage, the reception counter is located at level 2, there is a hot and cold water dispenser there which saves our time to boil water. Daily top up 3 bottles of water for us. They allow us to check in early as our room is cleaned. One thing that is not too good probably is the air-conditioning, as we came in winter the air-con in the room is not too cold a bit too warm for us. Hotel staff say it is due to the system generally on warm mode unable to change.
Walking distance about 8-11mins from Sapporo JR station, downstairs there is a dessert shop, seico mart and tax free souvenir shop as well.
Daily Japanese and western breakfast is good, but the menu seems like its 2 kinds will alternate some dishes on alternate days. The Japanese breakfast set only has 2 varieties one is cooked salmon and the other one is raw seafood. I personally prefer the raw seafood set.
One thing I like is there is an airport bus just in front of the hotel although it takes longer to reach the airport approximately 1 hour 40 mins to 2 hours but save our time from walking up and down with luggage.
Overall I am happy with the stay.

Ein charmantes Hotel mit schöner Lobby in einer guten Lage. Meine Familie wohnt in 2 Zimmern für 3 Nites, leider habe ich vergessen, um eine Verbindung zu beantragen, aber wir wurden ein paar Zimmer getrennt im gleichen Stock gegeben. Sie haben einen kleinen Wohnbereich im Zimmer, so ist es gemütlich, sie bieten auch 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser jeden Tag. Sie bieten auch Pyjama für jeden Gast. Ausstattung ist im Lobby zu sammeln. Nach der Anreise wurde der Gast ein Gutschein zur Erstattung komplimentarischer Willkommensgetränk von Wein & Sache gegeben, wir können die von ihnen ausgeben, indem wir den Gutschein an das Personal im Empfangsbereich zu einem Ausgabekarte vorlegen.

Hotel room was huge and very spacious by japanese standards. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and a full set of amenities was available for us to use. The massage chair was amazing especially after a full day worth of walking. And the free shuttle bus to Sapporo Station on our last day was very convenient and a life saver! Especially with our heavy luggage bags, it would have been troublesome to have to carry them down the subway stairs. So it really helped us alot! And please do book a space for the bus in advance.
However, I wished staff service would have been better. Front desks was very helpful, but on our first night, we called for help in the night because we couldn’t find anyway to turn off the overhead light for the right side bed.
When we asked for someone to come and help us eventually, the male staff who came sounded very irritated and unhappy. Don’t know if it was a wiring problem or some setting in the main room control panel, but there was NO WAY we could have figured it out ourselves.
In fact, every morning at 7am, just that particular light on the right side bed would turn on automatically by itself and wake me up. I hope that the hotel can rectify that problem.

소소비탐구생활Da es sich um ein frisch renoviertes Hotel handelte, fühlte sich alles neu und sauber an. Ich denke, es war besser, weil es in Sapporo nicht viele neue Hotels gibt.
Das kleine Zimmer war mit 39 Quadratmetern geräumig. Der Raum war geräumig und die Toilette/das Badezimmer war geräumig und daher einfach zu benutzen. Es befand sich im 6. Stock eines 6-stöckigen Gebäudes und die Aussicht war die der Sapporo-Fabrik.
Der größte Vorteil war, dass das Frühstück sehr lecker war, die Fenster im Zimmer offen und gut belüftet waren und die freundliche Atmosphäre insgesamt angenehm war, da es sich um ein globales Kettenhotel handelte.
Der Standort befindet sich jedoch direkt neben der Sapporo-Fabrik, sodass Sie ein wenig laufen müssen, um zum Bahnhof Sapporo oder Susukino zu gelangen. Zum Bahnhof Sapporo sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß und nach Susukino 25 Minuten.
Und es gibt keinen Supermarkt in der Nähe des Hotels. Sie müssen zum Supermarkt in der Sapporo-Fabrik gehen. (7-Eleven, im ersten Stock gelegen.) Natürlich ist es nicht weit.

獨獨行俠N560PUThis is my second time staying in this hotel. Location is second to none, just grab your bags and head straight to airport from the train station just right next to it. However, one draw back is that my room is facing the train tracks and expect excruciating noises until midnight. The bathroom could have been more cleaner as I found some body hair in the bath tub just right after I get into the room.
A bonus from this hotel: a small fee allowing you to access in door onsen, and then there is a stand serving milk and popsicles until 10:30pm. Coming out hot from the onsen with cold full cream milk, divine relaxation!

EEdwin YDas Hotel war sehr gut an einem großen Park gelegen. Das Hotel bot Parkplätze mit einem Gebühr (1000 Yen pro Tag) an, was bequem war. Das Frontdesk bot einen höheren Stockraum mit schöner Aussicht, die angenehm war. Sie bot auch bei der Eincheckung willkommene Getränke an.

Location is great, like a minute walk to Tanukikoji shopping street, 10 mins to Odori station and Susukino, 5 mins to Odori Park . Highly recommend it if you want stay within walking distance. Also has money exchange in hotel lobby with fair exchange rates. But if you want good rates go to Exchange on Tanukikoji shopping st, which is usually closed Sun n Mon.

KKorlerkThe hotel is exceptionally clean and located in one of the best locations of the city. Easy to access to subways and tourism areas. We were on the family trip and found this hotel to be very comfortable. However, I would like to add-on about the attitude of the staff, I was the night time when I checked in. One of the staffs was very tough on us and not flexible to help us to solve our problems that we encountered. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay!

SShervinEs war vielleicht nicht klar erwähnt worden, aber es gibt keine Klimaanlage, nur Zentralheizung. Während meiner Zeit dort war das Wetter abgekühlt, so dass das Zimmer nur 3 Ebenen hatte, niedrige Wärme, mittlere Wärme und hohe Wärme. Es gibt keinen Weg, in diesen Bedingungen zu schlafen, und es dauerte mir eine Weile zu begreifen, weil der Empfänger auf dem Helpdesk nicht Englisch sprechen konnte, so ging ich vor Mitternacht in die Lobby und fragte das einzige Personal, das verfügbar war. Durch einige Hilfe auf Google übersetzen und seine Handgeste, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich meine Fenster offen lassen musste, um kalte Luft ins Zimmer zu lassen. Das wurde bei der Eincheckung nicht zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt erklärt, so dass ich denke, das ist der Nebeneffekt für Ausländer, die hier bleiben wollen. Es gibt auch eine heiße Frühlingssteuer, die Sie bei der Abreise zahlen müssen. Alles, was Jozankei als nicht eine große Stadt betrachtet, so ist alles zugänglich und das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen anders bequem.

NNannIch habe kürzlich in diesem Hostel geblieben und das Hostel ist sauber und komfortabel, was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gemacht. Die Zimmer sind gut gepflegt, und die Betten sind cozy.Allerdings war das Toilettenbidet nicht funktioniert, was ganz ungünstig war. Zusätzlich befindet sich das Duschezimmer im ersten Stock, im gleichen Stock wie die Bar. Dieser Einbau war nicht ideal, da es nach unten zu duschen nötig war. Eine der größten Probleme war der Lärm aus der Bar im ersten Stock. Die Bar bleibt bis Mitternacht offen, und die laute Musik und Chat macht es schwierig, sich zu entspannen und einen guten Schlaf zu bekommen.

FFABRICE MATHIEUNeed to walk around 20 minutes from Sapporo station. Hard to find since there is no sign or poster on the entry writing hostel . Rather cafe , after going 3 times round the block I finally read in small print ten to ten .
10 minutes away from any seven eleven or family mart, 30 minutes away from Ōdōri park , I found the location to be not ideal . On their website they write they have a laundromat , which is wrong . No washing machine , I find it disappointing in Japan where every hostels or hotels have one . The lady at the desk told me to go and wash clothes is quite far . Also don’t believe the photos on their website or promotions pictures . There is no park down the building . It’s a small hostel in a small street isolated from the rest of the neighborhood.
For the hostel itself , classic , nothing to say except some of the curtains on their bed don’t close properly , the bed is very comfortable , bathroom clean and you can change towels every day . Breakfast is for free every morning at 8 and it is a coffee and a small bread . Still delicious . Staff is not always on the premises, morning and evening .
In a nutshell. Was good for a short stay but will definitely look for another one with better equipment ( laundromat ) and better location ( closer to a family mart ) next time .
