Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

Ich hatte die Freude, in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel zu bleiben, und ich kann sicher sagen, es war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung. Zunächst ist die Lage absolut ideal. Es ist leicht zugänglich, in einem Hauptbereich mit sauberen Verbindungen zu sowohl Transport als auch lokalen Attraktionen. Ob Sie hier für Geschäfts- oder Freizeitzwecke sind, finden Sie alles, was Sie brauchen direkt an Ihrem Türsteg.
Die Innenräume des Hotels sind nichts anderes als erstaunlich. Das Design ist elegante, modern und unglaublich stilvoll, mit allen Details gedacht geheilt. Von der eleganten Lobby bis zu den geräumigen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern nimmt die Atmosphäre Komfort und Luxus aus. I recently stayed at Hotel Emion Sapporo for 3N, and overall, it was a great experience! The hotel is just a 7-minute walk from JR Sapporo Station, making it very convenient for travellers. There are malls and plenty of shops near the station. It is also located next to the bus terminal, which serves as a gathering area for those who have booked day tours—a major plus for sightseeing.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained (almost new), with a modern and welcoming ambience. A convenient feature is the 7-Eleven store linked directly to the hotel, perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials anytime.
A highlight of our stay was the breakfast buffet (local), which offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right with a nice view of the falling snow.
The only downside for us was the room layout—we felt there was quite a bit of wasted space that could have been utilized better. However, this didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay.
Despite this minor issue, Hotel Emion Sapporo is a solid choice for those looking for convenience, cleanliness, and quality service in Sapporo. Would definitely recommend it!

Dieses Hotel ist ein Muss, besonders wenn Sie während des Sapporo Yuki Matsuri (Schneefestival) gehen. Suskino und Odor sind nur wenige Blocks entfernt und die Tsudome ist nur eine U-Bahn-Reise entfernt. Es ist super nahe der U-Bahnstation und es ist auch nahe dem Nakajima Park, wo man im Schnee spielen kann. Die Susukino-Site ist ein sehr lebendiges Ort mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Ein charmantes Hotel mit schöner Lobby in einer guten Lage. Meine Familie wohnt in 2 Zimmern für 3 Nites, leider habe ich vergessen, um eine Verbindung zu beantragen, aber wir wurden ein paar Zimmer getrennt im gleichen Stock gegeben. Sie haben einen kleinen Wohnbereich im Zimmer, so ist es gemütlich, sie bieten auch 2 Flaschen Mineralwasser jeden Tag. Sie bieten auch Pyjama für jeden Gast. Ausstattung ist im Lobby zu sammeln. Nach der Anreise wurde der Gast ein Gutschein zur Erstattung komplimentarischer Willkommensgetränk von Wein & Sache gegeben, wir können die von ihnen ausgeben, indem wir den Gutschein an das Personal im Empfangsbereich zu einem Ausgabekarte vorlegen.

Hotel - Smells good always,clean always,provide all the basic things such as tooth brush,shaver,cap,comb,hair dryer,shampoo,body wash,hair conditioner,body lotion,eye mask,tea and coffee bags.
Location -was very good in the middle.Most of the attraction places very nearby such as sapporo tv tower,sapporo clock tower,odor park, near to JR Sapporo station too.
Breakfast - not many choices but still can eat.I think they must have some variety of food and menu.
Tours - If you book a tour from klook.com they will come and fetch you from the main lobby of hotel.It makes us felt convenient.
JR Sapporo station nearby around 450m - walking distance.You can reach to this hotel from new chitose airport taking a subway around 45min.Its also cheaper around 1150 Yen per person.Once you reach JR Sapporo station ,you can walk using your Google map or you may use Go Taxi app to book a taxi if you felt you have a lot of luggage it will cost 770 Yen.
We enjoy and love our stay at Ana crown plaza hotel.Will stay here next time when we come back to Sapporo.Recomended.Thank you so much for your wonderfull service.🥰

Da es sich um ein frisch renoviertes Hotel handelte, fühlte sich alles neu und sauber an. Ich denke, es war besser, weil es in Sapporo nicht viele neue Hotels gibt.
Das kleine Zimmer war mit 39 Quadratmetern geräumig. Der Raum war geräumig und die Toilette/das Badezimmer war geräumig und daher einfach zu benutzen. Es befand sich im 6. Stock eines 6-stöckigen Gebäudes und die Aussicht war die der Sapporo-Fabrik.
Der größte Vorteil war, dass das Frühstück sehr lecker war, die Fenster im Zimmer offen und gut belüftet waren und die freundliche Atmosphäre insgesamt angenehm war, da es sich um ein globales Kettenhotel handelte.
Der Standort befindet sich jedoch direkt neben der Sapporo-Fabrik, sodass Sie ein wenig laufen müssen, um zum Bahnhof Sapporo oder Susukino zu gelangen. Zum Bahnhof Sapporo sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß und nach Susukino 25 Minuten.
Und es gibt keinen Supermarkt in der Nähe des Hotels. Sie müssen zum Supermarkt in der Sapporo-Fabrik gehen. (7-Eleven, im ersten Stock gelegen.) Natürlich ist es nicht weit.

TTraveler in JapanDies war ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für mein Solo-Abenteuer in Sapporo. Die Lage hätte nicht besser sein können – direkt in Susukino, mit so vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in der Nähe, die es zu erkunden gilt.
Das Zimmer war klein, aber makellos und modern und bot alles, was ich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchte.
Außerdem gibt es nachmittags kostenlose Kuchen.
Für den Preis ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Bequemlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen, insbesondere wenn Sie in Sapporos lebhafte Gastronomieszene und lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten eintauchen möchten. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten!

GGastnutzerExcellent location as this hotel is around 5 min (around 500m) walk to JR Sapporo station. If you are looking for very close to Susukino area, this hotel may be slightly far from Susukino.
The room is modern and clean which is very important in my opinion, hope they can keep the great room condition for as long as they can.
Front office staffs are very helpful, I have booked two twin rooms, they tried thier best to put our two rooms next to each other, the only down thing is communicating in English, they have to use translater to communicate with us.
Apart from that, very happy with our stay and highly recommended.
Will definitely come back if visit Sapporo again.

GGastnutzerGemütlich gelegen. 5-min Spaziergang vom Nordausgang der Sapporo Station. Wenn Sie den Unterpass vom Bahnhof nehmen, ist der Ausgang 9 des Unterpasses gerade im Gegensatz zum Hotel. Seicomart ist nur ein Block entfernt - leicht zu essen und zu trinken.
Das Hotel selbst ist nicht neu, so dass man erwarten kann, dass das Innenraum ein wenig traditionell ist. Das Frühstück ist das Highlight des Aufenthalts - ziemlich gute Wahl von Lebensmitteln, die Erwachsene und Kinder zu essen.

Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by.
Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it.
Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it.
The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare.
Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it.
Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame.
The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it.
The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up.
The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep.
Bonus:
- they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants
- the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather
Overall:
A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

BBilly Hin TedConvenient hotel in Susukino ideal for business or solo travelers (my room was too small to accommodate anyone more than myself). Lawson's is right next door, and there are plenty of food options in close proximity, not to mention seemingly limitless nightlife entertainment in the immediate area. The room is tiny but clean and comfortable, with plenty of power outlets (don't forget your travel adapter, the outlets are not universal). The service staff is hit and miss, with the lady checking me in exuding grumpiness, but another staff member cheery and helpful. Free coffee and amenities in the lobby, but nothing special (Lawson's next door will provide all that you need)
