The location is good, staff are super helpful. To be aware, there are some noise from downstairs restaurant till 10PM. The location is close to bus stations to different tourists spot in Sintra. Recommend to stay.

Amazing experience for me and my fried on a girls trip. The place is beautiful and clean, location very very central, during the night there are no noises at all and the hostess (Dulce) is really welcoming and helpful! Would 100% recommend it to anyone going to Sintra

Your regular guest house with good rooms and friendly staff. Location is perfect, close to the shops and village centre. Parking is a challenge, but there are some spots in the premises. Be sure to visit the winebar on the corner of the village square as well.

Very difficult to find and access by foot was impossible... Stairs to get to the nearest street were closed. They do not have breakfast nor they offer you an alternative. They said that they had no space to accommodate us for breakfast. The room is spacious but very noisy.. You can hear people walking in the nextdoor room. There is no room service. There is no phone connection with the main desk so you can not ask for any thing or request any information unless you go out the building and enter the main house. The bathroom only has soap, shampoo, and towels. No shower cap or any other amenities. We were very disappointed, specially when arriving tired and not being so young.. Does not comply with what they advertise.

This is a perfect little spot for being a few blocks to the center of Sintra, yet a little off as to not get all the noise. The hostess here, Dulce, is a very kind, caring woman. My phone fell into the sink and stopped working. I travel alone and had no information to my next place. Dulce took the time to sit with me, let me use her personal phone and assured me that everything would be okay. She did absolutely everything she could for me. This is the place you want to stay if you are traveling alone and need assistance within daytime hours. Not sure about night but I am confident they would help within their capability. Please note, the houses are very old and you can hear the people above you. There was an elephant staying above me so, PLEASE be aware of the people below when you walk across the room. Or ask for a top floor ~ all stairs. I also wish there was a small fridge in the room. Overall, an excellent place to stay with caring people there to welcome you and bid you farewell. I would highly recommend staying here if not having a fridge isn't an issue.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera superior matrimoniale (muri tinteggiati di azzurro). La stanza era arredata in modo classico ed essenziale ma con molto buon gusto. Ho apprezzato in modo particolare la bella finestra affacciata su un imponente albero, dalla quale la sera si poteva vedere l’orizzonte illuminato in lontananza dalle tante luci del paese. Letto king size. Posizione perfetta, nel centro storico. Vicinanza di ottime caffetterie e ristoranti, oltre all’ufficio del turismo, al bellissimo palazzo Nazionale e alle fermate dei vari bus per raggiungere i palazzi più lontani o anche Cabo da Roca (bus 1253). Quinta de Regaleira è’ raggiungibile a piedi. La stazione dei treni si raggiunge con una tranquilla passeggiata di circa 15 minuti. Pulizia impeccabile. Receptionist cordialissime. Avrei dato il massimo del punteggio se non fosse stato per lo sgradevole odore proveniente costantemente dal bagno (all’arrivo non l’abbiamo percepito subito perché la finestra della camera era aperta). Probabilmente è dovuto ad una problematica strutturale… si potrebbe ovviare almeno con un profumatore di ambienti naturale… Inoltre sarebbe utile poter avere qualche gruccia in più per appendere gli abiti, perché 3 sono proprio poche!

Peli nel lavandino, capelli a terra, carta igienica utilizzata già da altri clienti, polvere ovunque…che dire, benvenuti a Sintra, la città delle fiabe e…della sporcizia. Ah, quasi dimenticavo…la porta del bagno non si chiudeva. Dopo tanto disagio (ammetto che la ragazza delle reception, seppur chiedendoci di uscire, ha pulito subito -SOLO IL BAGNO-) non hanno avuto neanche la decenza di chiedere scusa né di offrirci la colazione. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO

Hicimos una reserva en este alojamiento y cuando llegamos nos dicen que no que está lleno y que ahí no podemos alojarnos sin buscar una solución ni nada . Me pedía que Cancelara en la aplicación a lo que no le hice casa y reclame a través de la reserva y ellos lo arreglaron todo después de esperar más de una hora.
