Loved this place Nico the owner was very helpful right from picking us up from the airport. Everything we needed in the room was there the hot tub was amazing yes it’s on a road but that wasn’t a problem,walking to shops and bars on the road was abit tricky but we found away through the streets off the road. Big thanks to yannis the taxi driver a friend of Nico’s he made us feel like a vip talking us to the coast to another resort he even called ahead to a bar and made us a reservation. A big thanks to Nico’s mum who did the breakfast tray every morning from fruit to cereal and toasted sandwiches. Lovely place and lovely host ❤️

Avoid Avoid Avoid! I would like to say in all my years travelling this has to be the worst host we've ever come across. We booked the apartment about a year in advance as it was our daughters wedding. From the very start alarm bells rang, we never had any information at from the owner Nikos, he ignored every message we sent, including WhatsApp, read them but no reply, we trusted that the place had been booked though Airbnb, how foolish we were. We even went to the apartment and spoke to the manager, about arriving on the Friday, he said yes everything is fine we will see you Friday, this was on Wednesday morning, on Wednesday evening we received confirmation that it had been cancelled, due to building work, complete rubbish, we'd seen it on the morning! We then had to find somewhere else to stay. The owner is a complete joke and waste of space, no communication at all, and obviously lied to us on the Wednesday and when it was cancelled at 8.30pm on the Wednesday night. Please avoid this place, there are plenty of decent places to stay around Fira, and this place is not one of them, absolute joke and a terrible way to treat people and run your shoddy business. No respect at all, disgraceful.......

I am a travel agent and for me an experience at the hotel began at the moment of the reservation, but they don't understand this, they only care about money! Very bad client attention. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, such a bad hotel in courtesy and service to customers. No phone support of you have any trouble with your reservation. I had a mistake in my reservation and I have written and phoned several times but they do not give you any information, just say to call later, and later and later. The man was an arrogant and rude person who clearly says he is interested only in getting the booking and he does not care for any customer service. My recommendation to you, stay away from this place and this people and are only interested to your money, not to you!

Très jolie chambre avec des lumières d’ambiance magnifiques (intérieur et extérieur)🤩 petit déjeuner copieux et très correcte … des grands miroirs pour vous mesdames ce qui est un vrai plus 👍🏻 Juste une petite remarque au niveau des rideaux qui laissent passer le jour au petit matin et si vous y êtes sensible 😉 Sinon tout était parfait 👌🏻

Merveilleux tout est parfait lieu très très propre identiques aux photos la chambre très spacieuse pleins de petites lumières différentes ambiances la douche j'adore et l'extérieur au top accueil parfait Niko est vraiment disponible toujours un mot gentil le petit déjeuner olala parfait la maman très gentil On recommande les yeux fermés

Non so come facciano ad avere queste recensioni positive. È impossibile mettersi in contatto con la struttura . Non ti rispondo al telefono e nemmeno ai messaggi su watsapp. Per un mese ho provato a parlare con la struttura e le poche volte che mi hanno risposto mi hanno detto di richiamare o scrivere su watsapp senza mai avere una risposta ad un mio problema serio ed importante. Scortesi è poco, si fanno pagare un servizio che non danno. Viaggio da sempre ma non ho mai ricevuto un trattamento peggiore in vita mia soprattutto pagando profumatamente. Sconsiglio vivamente e auguro a tutti di non incontrare mai persone come queste. Pessima esperienza, imparate l’educazione e a fare bene il vostro lavoro perché a quanto pare vi interessano solo i soldi!
