Well, we never really got there, because in the end we had to move to another part of town, but... I had some communication with them during the reservation and they where quite helpful. Also, as we had to cancel our stay with quite short notice, they where kind enough to cancel our reservation without us paying any penalty fee. Super service! I hope I get an opportunity to stay there at some other time. It seems very nice!

Casal, nos hospedamos de 2 a 4/1/24. Estacionamos o carro na rua, em frente, seguro, tranquilo. Juan, excelente anfitrião, bom papo e valiosas dicas (restaurantes, supermercados....). Quarto espaçoso com ar condicionado e ventilador de teto, , ótima cama, ótimo Wi-Fi, limpeza, banheiro pequeno, cozinha compartilhada, água potável 24 hs. Localizado bem próximo a cidade colonial, três minutos de caminhada chega-se a praça da independência e Calle El Conde (principal da cidade colonial). É se jogar, bater perna e conhecer as principais atrações, curtir a arquitetura, caminhar pelas ruas , pelo malecon (sentido a direita para a parte mais nova da cidade), nos sentimos seguro (policiamento por toda parte da cidade colonial).

No está mal. En una zona un poco fea, pero relativamente cerca de la zona colonial y del parque Cervantes que a partir del jueves tiene buen ambiente y hay food trucks dónde puedes cenar de manera muy asequible. Al llegar nos atendió un chico que no te informa de nada y que parecía medio dormido. simplemente te pide que pagues (no se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito) y te da la llave. Si no llegamos a preguntar ni nos cuenta cómo funciona la puerta de entrada ni dónde está nada, ni la clave del wifi ni nada. A parte de eso, la habitación está medianamente limpia y es relativamente amplia, pero básica. Tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo. Sólo te dan la toalla de la ducha, ni una de manos ni alfombrilla para los pies y tampoco vaso para poner los cepillos de dientes (cosas que luego descubrimos que eran comunes en casi todos los alojamientos).
