Great hotel right in the centre of Santander , beautiful building with very friendly staff. The room was on the forth floor which was small but spotlessly clean with a nice bathroom, each room has a kettle and nespresso coffee maker , also water left in the room every day. Would definitely recommend to stay here if visiting Santander.

A beautiful hotel in a good location. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable with a really sumptuous bed. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful and although we don't speak Spanish, there were no issues being understood.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Parking is next door in a parking building, easy to find. One entrance to the hotel is thru the yacht club entrance. Staff at reception very helpful and lovely. Room was lovely, and decent size, bar fridge, coffee machine plus tea making facilities. Great shower. Our basin didn’t drain unfortunately and the air conditioner was just adequate, a worry as it wasn’t very hot. A pleasant stay in a lovely room. Recommend.

Elegent hotel in restored C19th building. Tastefully decorated rooms with huge beds and memory foam pillows Coffee machine and complimentary capsules. In the heart of the restaurant area but the room was peaceful and calm Staff very helpful

Set in the heart of the restaurant and bar area and a few steps from the lovely seafront promenade this hotel is a great base for sightseeing, The bedrooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable, they even have a coffee machine and capsules. Staff are very friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights, 2 couples. Great location in the main town area, 20 minutes from the airport. We had a basic double room on the inside of the hotel window onto the atrium. Great sized room and huge bathroom. we had a third bed in our room which we could have done without but we just left all our stuff strewn all over it, so handy as well. The beds were excellent and the air-con was almost silent. Staff were fantastic, Santander does not have as many English speakers as elsewhere in Spain but the staff were pretty proficient. The town is great, no British pubs or roast dinners, genuinely Spanish everywhere. had a a great time trying to communicate sometimes, our Spanish being extremely limited but the locals in general where pleasant and helpful. had one run in with a surly waitress, more our fault than hers. Wine is very cheap and excellent quality, i think they send all the dodgy stuff to the UK. beer and food are pretty reasonable, lots of choice from high end to local fare, a lot of bars will give you Tapas with your drinks. the little market in the town center is great for food and drink. there is an area down by the port with lots of fish restaurants, extremely busy at all meal times with locals so you really need to book in advance. great beaches if you walk north to the Bay of Biscay coastline. Thoroughly recommend Santander to anyone who wants a bit of real Spain, don't bother if you want cheap British pubs and roast beef.

Hotel céntrico, pero muy desangelado, donde se comparten instalaciones entre los clientes del hotel y los socios del Real Club de Regatas de Santander, teniendo zonas diferenciadas y poco acogedoras. Sin servicio de habitaciones. Debería mejorar.

El personal de recepción mal formado, con cero empatía y muy prepotentes. Entiendo que es la cultura de la empresa, pues pedimos hablar con el gerente y no se digno a aparecer en cuatro días. Deficiencias: - Te obligan a pagar la estancia completa en el checking (cómo si fuera un paquete y no una reserva normal). Por supuesto, tenían tarjeta en garantía, pero les da igual. - Te avisan al entrar (y no al hacer la reserva) que pueden hacer las habitaciones hasta las 17:00. Esto te obliga a estar tirado en la calle todo el día si quieres tu habitación hecha (olvídate de echarte la siesta si estás de vacaciones) - No hay servicio de habitaciones, lo que es obligatorio en un hotel de 4 estrellas. - Armarios ridículos. El nuestro no se podía abrir porque daban las puertas en la cama - Estuvimos 4 días con la TV desconfigurada (sin canales). Nos fuimos y no lo habían remediado - Y el que el edificio de al lado tenga las 4 plantas de obras y no te avisen al hacer la reserva ya es simplemente Le pongo dos estrellas y no una (pese a que en ningún caso es un hotel de 4 estrellas) porque la tarifa por mascotas es razonable (no barata)

Todo estupendo! La ubicación magnífica! Especial mención para las zonas antiguas del palacio que conservan las escaleras, los azulejos y las estancias del primer piso como cuando se construyó en el siglo XVIII. El comedor una maravilla!
