Dekoration und Atmosphäre war Top-Notch Ich werde hier sicher wieder bleiben.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es ist sehr praktisch, zum Weingut Sonoma zu gehen, es gibt einen Parkplatz für 10 US-Dollar, der Pool und der beheizte Pool sind großartig, die Temperatur des Außenpools im Dezember ist überhaupt nicht kalt?

We booked a vineyard view room at a higher price, but when I checked in and went to my room it didn’t have one. I phoned the front desk and was told they upgraded my room, but this room had a lot of issues. One, it was not far from the pool which is under construction and there was constant beeping from heavy equipment. Other issues were that the AC didn’t work; I set it to 68 (it would not set lower) and the temperature of the room never went below 72. Furniture was dated and the top of the bench in front of the bed was peeling. The coffee maker didn’t work and one of the lights in the bathroom was out. Also, they charge a $45 resort fee and the pool wasn’t even available. The staff was nice, but $650 a night for this was way too high. I like the area, but will look for a better place next time we visit.

My daughter and I were on a girls trip. We were going to Occidental for the event, but I wanted to stay somewhere that I could meet college friends easily as well. Found the Sandman and originally booked because we generally like boutique hotels! When I booked back in March of 2024, breakfast was included. Get to the hotel and find out that it no longer is. Guests have to purchase a $10 per person, per morning voucher for breakfast. I know it is extra effort, but it would have been courteous of the hotel to notify guests that booked prior to it being canceled. We also tried to enjoy the pool and hot tub but it was packed. We were able to get in and tried to relax a bit in the hot tub. Kids were in there shooting each other with water guns! I know the hotel has no control over what parents do, but some of the things happening at the pool just seemed very unsafe. The rooms were nice, but definitely not what was paid.

Liebe den Retro-Stil. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Heizung war alles oder nichts (Fan/Motorkonstante), aber einmal war das Zimmer warm, wir schließen es aus bis morgens und blieb warm genug. Das Frühstück/Lounge-Zimmer war wunderschön mit vielen Spielen und Bar-Raum. Landschaft auf dem Grundstück wurde auch schön gemacht. Der Park nebenan war großartig für den Spaziergang unseres Hunds. Sicherlich wird hier wieder bleiben!!!

Das Personal war wirklich erstaunlich, der nette Nachtrezeptor, der ids begrüßte, die beiden Damen auf der Rezeption, die unermüdlich für uns arbeiteten, das Valetteam, das von einem freundlichen, informativen und wunderschönen Mann geführt wurde. Wir hatten eine schlechte Erfahrung auf der Autobahn und hatten eine Menge Probleme zu arbeiten mit der Mietfirma. Die Mitarbeiter buchstäblich genommen uns, erlaubt uns, einen Telefonzugang auf der Rezeption übernehmen, mit der Mietfirma sprechen usw. usw. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, sehr kompetent und effizient, wir können dieses Hotel nicht hoch genug bewerten. Das ist alles, bevor Zi sogar erwähnen Sie die schöne, spotless Dekor, wunderschöne Zimmer und Toiletten, kostenlose Kaffee in der Lobby und eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. S sehr komfortabel bed und geräumiges Badezimmer hinzugefügt das Spaß, wie ich berührt.
