Anna who happened to be there helping out while where were there (and she was very helpful as well with ideas about skiing on the mountain). Everyone that works here is very affable. You could tell that there was a tremendous amount of thought given to this hotel through and through. The rooms were very comfortable, windows with great views, great location, ski on, ski out. The water pressure here is great, and you can drink the water right out of the sink: it’s delicious. The restaurant downstairs, Theo's, was excellent, and in fact, we ate there twice. And if you go, tell Oliver we said hello. Service was impeccable, and food was delicious. Every morning, they had a great breakfast ready for you, and then in the afternoon came different kinds of cakes and strudels and donuts and home-made chocolate chip cookies waiting for you. The spa downstairs was shockingly as nice as a great spa that you would just visit for the amenities! They've got two saunas and a steam room, and obviously they spent a lot of money on the it: It all worked perfectly and the hardest part is now staying in too long. They also have a game room downstairs, where you can have your own beer out of the tap. Free parking. They have a ski storage area, so you don't have to have your stuff in the room. You just go downstairs. And you put on your ski boots, take them off of the heated rack, and off you go. If you're an epic pass-holder you can use it at St. Anton, as long as you stay, I believe, four nights at this hotel, which to tell you the truth, was too short anyway! We would have loved to have stayed longer. So without a doubt, this place is a five-star across the board, and thank you, Anna, for making our stay so special. We look forward to when we come back, and we will for sure stay right here again!
