Sheraton Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel

Is front death staff rude and initiative. Elevator wonkie. Florescent lighting everywhere makes you feel like you're in an office building. No room service ever! No consideration for Bonvoy members. If I were marriott, I would be ashamed to claim this as a hotel within my Brand!

Frist the room was not ready then they gave me a key to the concierge lounge to wait and it did not work so went all the way back to get another key then it took 45 min when they said 10 min to get the room then I went downstairs the the attendant had no idea my room was ready the key to my room did not work so again back down to the desk. The concierge lounge is a joke just a room no snacks or soda just water everything is locked up. DO NOT stay here

We held a business meeting at this hotel and worked with Kamote Woods. So impressed with him because he made things so easy for us. The space provided and all resources were great. Several of the group and I also stayed at the hotel. The rooms were up to date and modern. The mattress, bedding and furnishings were all first rate. Overall highly recommend

I am a long time Marriott loyalist and top tier elite, and this hotel is one of the worst I've stayed in; there is literally no desire to provide any service or hospitality of any kind. Some highlights: - there is almost never anybody at the front desk - guests are constantly waiting and looking confused. We thought we might have a drink upon returning to the hotel one night, but there was no bartender to be seen - we left after waiting 10 minutes. - we had to ask multiple times for conditioner as there was just an empty bottle in our room on arrival. One time the woman who answered the phone when I called down said nastily "I don't have anyone to bring it to you, so you'll have to come get it yourself" - the breakfast at the hotel is almost not worth the effort - its embarrassing. And charging guests $20 for it is a crime. - we wondered why our room wasn't cleaned and only found the small note in our room that indicated that housekeeping is only offered every 5th day (!) when we were about to check out. That is a crazy policy but putting that aside, it would have been nice for someone to mention this unconventional restriction upon checkin. - I asked multiple times via the Chat function in the Marriott app for the hours breakfast is served and never received a response. - The safe in our room didn't work. In another family member's room the safe was locked when he arrived. - The pool inexplicably was closed. - The A/C in the fitness center wasn't working and it was clear the fitness center hadn't been cleaned in many days - there was a sticky substance on the sink, no towels, and a dirty plate on top of the water cooler. Aside from the fact that the room is incredibly worn and in need of a face lift, the lack of any desire to provide hospitality of any kind showed loud and clear. This property doesn't meet any expectation I have of Marriott brands and I am disappointed I spent money here instead of staying at any of the other nearby Marriott properties. Just don't do it.

Stayed here for 3 nights last week. Had a great time. The hotel is well located a few minutes outside the center of Atlanta and has everything you might need close by. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bar is open until late if you want to enjoy a drink before sleep. The room was nice with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. The pool is nice and it has benches to tan. There were no available towels at the pool when we were there but there is a rack for towels so i just assumed that they were washing them at the time I used the pool. The pool is also open until 10pm which is nice if you want a little night swim. All in all it was a great 3 nights and I definitely recommend this place.

We stayed here for two as part of a fly drive and are very glad we did. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very welcomed after a day of exploring to cool off and towels were provided. Breakfast offered a good choice for all although the sausage and bacon were a little over done on both mornings. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was never an issue as there is ample. Definitely worth a stay.

I recommend this hotel! Great location for restaurants, grocery stores and downtown Atlanta. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. The pool area has a fireplace and plenty of seating. Hotel has a bar and the breakfast was awesome.

I stay at nothing but marriott hotels. I am a Gold member and i already have 5 stays in hotels this year. Never have i ever been so disgusted in a hotel. Our room was ok. The bottom of the bathroom door was peeling and the room lighting was mediocre at best. But i was willing to deal with the room, as it was the best in the area as far as price, and i didnt plan on spending much time in the room since we were down visiting family. On our 2nd night, i woke up at 3am to use the bathroom. When i was about to get back in the bed, i see A ROACH ON THE NIGHTSTAND. I turned on the light and when i tried to grab my phone to take a picture it ran off down the side of the nightstand and i dont know where it went. I immediately packed all my things. (Extremely cautiously because now i dont know if there are other ones that may be in my suitcase) I go to the front desk to complain and they tell me theres nothing they can do at the moment because the system was updating. I asked for a manager.. no manager.. i asked for the managers number and was given a business card for the hotel with no name or information other than that for the hotel. I cannot stress enough to anyone reading this… DO NOT STAY HERE. The lobby is nice and thats it.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Clean, attractive layout. Friendly service. Excellent price: ＜$80/night. Nice looking pool in the courtyard! Breakfast was okay. Thin, translucent bacon, sausage cut on the bias, fresh fruit. We hope to stay here again. We hope to stay here again.
