Great location, quiet and peaceful away from the city noise but still in a convenient area. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff.

All staff were exemplary in their friendliness and excellent service. From other reviews they said the restaurant is pricey; however we found it is in accordance with other restaurants and the food was excellent. Rooms are large and has all amneties and neat, perhaps a little maintenance needed in the room. Per their website, there is a courtesy shuttle to Sandton, however upon arrival we were told there is none. This may have affected our decision on booking with you as we travel in and out of Sandton two or three times a day.

An amazing property with carefully selected features and decor. Pity about the service. Couldn’t book online and went to make reservation in person. After the friendly and inviting welcome from Koketso at the gate, and Leon who offered welcome drinks and helped with luggage, the rest of the service was mostly lack luster. The waiters in the dining area during breakfast were completely disengaged on both mornings, checkin took 25 mins but with upfront payment checkout is a breeze, and we had to ask if our room had been made because someone started and then seemingly left. We couldn’t find the checkout time anywhere in the room, and when we requested late checkout, no concessions were made even for 30 mins. Owen was very helpful with the Jacuzzi and restored some of the rating in giving here. I would go back for the property, it’s beautiful, but the service standards need some work - I can’t quite explain it, it feels put on, plastic even.

the Seven Villa Hotel was such a pleasant surprise! I had been to the restaurant before but had never stayed there as I actually live 1.6km from the hotel. The rooms are huge and beautiful, the staff are absolutely the best! I can honestly say that they are the best I have encountered in the longest time, not just in SA but abroad! This is definitely a hidden gem!
