A very cute hotel in San Salvador. Little bit further away from the city centre but it means it is quiet and peaceful. The decor is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful (limited english though, so brush up on your Spanish) and the breakfast is just outstanding. Go for the typical Salvadorean breakfast. Art museum nearby and a bunch of nice restaurants.

A safe and clean place to stay in San Salvador. Reasonable prices for rooms, nice and clean, recently renovated, and very close to a collection of nice restaurants close by. Plenty of security in the area. Staff don't speak much English, so expect google translate or brush up on your Spanish. And the noise at night times on weekends can be heard, but it didn't impact our sleep. Rooms have AC! Still, we recommend for an affordable stay.

Citlalli is agreat small hotel and is within walking distance of Sheraton / Pulmantour Bus terminal, Starbucks and plethora of restaurants. It is in a safe location. On to about the Hotel, the staff is great, super welcoming and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, good AC, Internet, beds and plenty of hot water. Modern instantiations. Free breakfast with a variety of options. Will definitely stay here again!!

Hotel Citlalli still is my favorite hotel in San Salvador, located in the posh neighborhood of San Benito. This is my second stay at the hotel, and I was delighted to see the same staff. This speaks volumes about how the hotel operates and how satisfied the employees are. Everyone is so friendly, and the receptionists go above and beyond, which I appreciate. We appreciate the spacious, clean room and the delicious breakfast. Although everyone complains about the noise, you must remember that you are right in the middle of everything and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, value, and staff friendliness, and I must say that I will return as long while nothing changes.

This is a small and great hotel where it has a great location, closed to restaurant, bars, Museum and malls. Also closes to main streets, beach. it has great staffs, nice rooms and delicious breakfast.

I am very picky regarding cleaning, mostly in bathrooms, but this hotel has it at plus. The rooms are extremely clean, they clean every day. Service is exceptional, and the team is very friendly and kind but Alejandro is more than that, he was very attentive and helpful he was above all. My family and I stayed for about 2 weeks, we stayed with a 9-month-old baby and they kindly got a crib for him. We enjoyed our time there, We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed two nights. Room had three double beds. Needed one lol. Comfy with good ac. Shower was excellent as wel and good WiFi service. Front manned 24 hrs they just buzz you in. Staff very friendly. Small cooler for drinks etc. breakfast in small cafe that sits next to nice back garden. Food super affordable and tasty. 3 pancake bowl of fruit bacon and oh $4 us. Would stay again with no issues.

Estuve hospedado por el Miss Universo y en general este hotel me encantó. Está ubicado en una buena zona, los bares y restaurantes están cerca, el desayuno que ofrecen aunque es muy poco variado, está rico; las habitaciones son cómodas y lindas, y la limpieza es muy buena. Deberían tener una sacadora de cabello por habitación, porque creo que tienen pocas para todo el hotel y tienes que estar esperando a ver si hay disponibilidad 😐 También un aspecto que no me agradó es que en Booking me decía que el costo total que pagaría por mi estancia era de 275.40 dólares y al llegar al lugar me cobraron mágicamente 50 dólares más de impuestos, cargo que no venía especificado en ningún lugar de mi reserva. Si lo recomiendo, pero deberían checar los aspectos que comento.

Excellent séjour passé dans cet hôtel. Personnel très accueillant et très agréable à tout point de vue. Chambre sobre et pratique. Enorme salle de bain avec douche italienne. Wifi gratuit et performant dans les chambres. Air conditionné. Bref rien à redire. Entretien impeccable. Une petite bouteille d'eau par jour est à disposition. Petit déjeuner particulièrement soigné et servi dans de la belle porcelaine bleue. Mention spéciale pour le toast avec guacamole et oeufs pochés. Bref je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans cet hôtel très bien tenu.
