Mayan Princess Hotel

海が目の前、空港からも徒歩圏内、近くに多くのレストラン等良い点がたくさんあります。 滞在中の問題は、チョロチョロしか水の出ないシャワーとつながらないインターネットでした。

Clean, basic oceanfront Hotel close to water taxi, airport, and many restaurants and bars. The staff was nice and helpful. Good sized rooms, but not as relaxing as we hoped. We stayed for 2 weeks and were disappointed by the kitchen amenities for a longer stay. The Good: Central Location, on the beach, surrounded by stores and restaurants, Friendly staff, Good size room with A/C and ceiling fans, Free Hammock (If available) The Bad (That they can control) WiFi is slow and constantly drops out! The kitchen was minimally stocked, no large bowls, cutting board, s&p shakers, storage containers etc. Very tiny Fridge. Black out drapes are desperately needed, unless you can sleep with lights from the docks shining through your window all night and love waking up at the crack of dawn. The Bad (That they can NOT control) Active Waterfront - You will hear the boats leaving and returning. A restaurant patio is close by. Intermittent construction, screaming kids play soccer until dark, barking dogs etc. Sound travels through the stairwell (Poor lonely dogs next door constantly barking, people slamming doors and yelling in hallway) Skip this place if you’re looking for quiet and relaxing. Overall, we got what we paid for, but a few changes would have made our stay just a bit nicer. If you want to be close to the action of San Pedro, the Mayan Princess could be a good choice for you. In the end we left 3 days early to go relax at a quieter property before heading home.

The room and accommodations were perfect fit for my daughter’s first international scuba trip. The staff was courteous and attentive. The grounds were well secured and the proximity of restaurants and stores was a big plus. Definite return

What a great hotel!! 23 suites that all have a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you will need. Every room has a balcony that overlooks the beach and ocean. Super friendly staff, beach towels, centrally located, private dock: I could go on.

I can't say enough about the staff, they were ALL exceptional. From Security to the front desk, to Management, and housekeeping, I had a great experience with all. Friendly and service driven, they all made us feel welcome and appreciated. I had an injury (off site) and the Manager drove me to the new 24-hour hospital at 11:00pm, made sure I was checked in, and returned three and a half hours later to pick me up. The rooms were nicely laid out and clean. fantastic balcony with great view. I chose the second floor for the view. We felt like we received VIP treatment for a fair price. Highly recommended when staying in San Pedro, Belize.

The Mayan Princess did not disappoint. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive (learning our names, and connecting us to the resources we needed). The room was clean and continued to be cleaned each evening. Each room faces the ocean with a balcony to sit out on to enjoy the early morning and evening breezes. The accommodations were perfect, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, next to Lily's Treasure Chest (a fantastic restaurant) and Amigo's Dive Center. We cannot wait to return!

Poeple that work there are really friendly and safe. If i go in belize another time, its defenitly where i will take my reservation. Thanks again for everybody who work there and specially to the gard for the night bécasse is really protective over us and he want to make sure that everybody have à good time and is safe.

Perfect location for my solo dive trip with Amigos Del Mar. I had stayed in an Airbnb just steps away from Mayan Princess in July 2023. When that was not available for my trip in December, I tried Myan Princess for the first time. My room was a nice size, had a super comfortable bed, well, equipped kitchen and large patio. I was also on the third floor which I love. I could see The Dive Shop from my balcony. Location was absolutely perfect. The hotel arranged for transportation from into the airport. as a Diver, I needed beach towels daily. The front desk was always happy to oblige. Every employee I encountered during my stay was incredibly kind and professional. I will definitely be coming back this year.

Nia, front desk Mgr treated us like family from the second we arrived. Perfect room right on the water and a few steps to the Amigos Del Mar dive shop. Nia also booked all of our dives, great location down town. Very friendly and helpful staff!
