My buddies and I stayed for a mini staycation and to experience the Super Blue Moon. The property is gorgeous and with the newly built shelter it provides necessary shade. The rooms were very clean, organized and stocked with thoughtful essentials. I totally appreciate the fine quality comfortable mattress, pillows and bedding. We were recommended to try the AWARD winning pizza and infused margaritas which were bursting with flavours. At sundown the lights twinkled around the shelter and the beach firepit (propane) was lit for us. The moon was simply spectacular and all our incredible pictures will always be our favourites. ***Another very important note - I never had one mosquito bite or sandfly bite all night. The beach is clean everyday of sargassum or rubbish. The staff and owners made our staycation super fun!! Thank you all.

The place was clean. Beach was beautiful. Staff and service was great. A little far from town, but close to secret beach and not busy, which is how I prefer to vacation. The pizza was good. Little kitchens available in your room. They are convenient.

This was the perfect place for us on our first trip to Belize. Jennifer and Laura were great help getting us our golf cart and meeting us at the airport. Rody and Rolando our thirst responders at the Moon bar, were excellent. Jennifer was able to book us an in-room massage on our last day, it was the perfect touch. Definitely would stay here again. It's small, quiet and away from all the busyness of town and the larger resorts. The cherry on top was the clean beautiful beach that was adults only!!

This resort is absolutely amazing! We loved every minute of it, even the rainy days were enjoyable and relaxing. We spent a lot of time walking along the beaches, kayaking, laying in the sun, and of course, drinking and eating pizza. Lol I would highly recommend, renting a golf cart and perusing the island. Secret beach was not far away, and a great place to people, watch, and of course drink. I highly recommend this vacation destination. With only five units, you’re not going to feel crowded at all. Friday night movie night was hilarious! Lots of people and camaraderie.

We had the most relaxing week at Mangata. We stayed in the main building, our little apartment was perfect and spotless with a great view! Erlin & Rody at the Moon Bar never let us go hungry or thirsty. Jermain & Laura kept the beach and lounging areas immaculate. The owners and staff are so personable and friendly, they truly made us feel welcome and relaxed. They all offered wonderful suggestions for other restaurants, where to shop and things to see. This was one of our most memorable vacations and we are looking forward to the next time we visit.

Our fifth time in Belize and Mangata is by far our favorite place to stay. We stayed in a small casita behind the main villa. It was nice and quiet. Comfy bed and great shower. The Mangata staff is super nice and willing to help. Oh...and Moon Bar is located right on the beach. No reason to ever leave.

Such a beautiful resort!! Our experience was fantastic. The bed was comfortable, A/C worked great, the rooms were clean and well appointed, and the staff was helpful and friendly. From the white sand to the comfy outdoor loungers to the pool and music, it was a little outdoor paradise. And Moonbar is a great place to eat amazing pizza and delicious drinks (they even do gluten free pizza!) Played corn hole and sat around the gas fire pit at night while sipping a delicious frozen coconut mojito, and also enjoyed a golf cart drive-in movie night with popcorn. Highly recommend this adult only boutique hotel!! Thank you Mangata Villas for a fabulous girls trip.

Everything about this resort is great. Everything we needed was there. Friendly staff. Great recommendations given. Nice and quiet since it is away from town. My only complaint is when the power goes out which happened once during our stay. Would recommend.

We had a perfect stay at the Mangata Villas. The hosts and the bar crew were super friendly, always helpful and we felt comfortable at all times. With the dive center 2 minutes walk away and the great bar it is a perfect place to stay in San Pedro. We would love to come back and can recommend the Mangata Villas 100%. And Friday is movie night!
