SunBreeze Suites

Vanessa and Abriannie were exceptional at helping us, not only with tour plans, they assisted in getting us to our next destination! It was nice to have housekeeping look after so much : ) Security were friendly and ensured we were happy. Fitz and Alex at the restaurant made sure we enjoyed our food. I highly recommend the Suites!!! Oh and it’s only a 3 minute walk from the ferry!

SunBreeeze Suites was the perfect location for our trip to San Pedro! We were able to walk to stores & restaurants. It was great being able to watch the sun rise over the ocean. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, assisting with booking excursions & golf cart rentals.

The place was clean and the beds and linen were superb. Air conditioning was very nice with a unit in the bedroom and the living room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at Jambel’s was pretty good. The only negative was very little hot water, it was only warm most of the time.

We arrived yesterday 16 October2025 and are staying till 21 October. We had multiple issues with the room when we arrived, the water heater wasn't on and the WiFi is super slow and keeps disconnecting throughout the room. We informed the staff that there is an issue with the WiFi and they said that they will restart the WiFi router and check on the water. We waited for 30 min and no one came back to us , so I went down to reception and as we just checked in if there is another room as there are already multiple issues in the room and ( these are basic amenities in a room).I was informed that there are no other rooms, as as for the wifi they restarted the router and that's all they can do, i asked them to see what the other options maybe a WiFi extender or some other solution as I need to do some work while I'm here, the lady at the counter said no guests complained about the WiFi, I mentioned that she can come up and check it's simple to come and see the issue. she said she can't leave the desk and I asked to speak to a manager to see if they have a solution so it can be escalated, she said she can't disclose that information, it was a very strange interaction. I didn't pursue it as we came here to relax and have a good time. She restarted the WiFi in front of me again and said that's all she can do. In fairness to the lady at reception she called after I went up and apologised for the way she spoke to me and said there was an issue with the water heater and it should be working and for the WiFi there is a router close to the bedroom that they turned on. I didn't purse this further as I mentioned we are here to enjoy our time I went out and bought a data package for me and my wife for the duration of the stay. We are on the second day now and still facing the WiFi issues in the room and the room is next to a back road there is constant noise throughout the day from people doing works and picking up and moving things which woke us up at 7am today. We booked this room almost 1 month before we arrived, not sure why they chose to give us that room location. The room itself is great and the location is also in a great spot, however hi speed WiFi is basic these days and the room location next to the back street is ruining our stay. Very disappointed as the reviews were great for this hotel, we got unlucky with the room it seems and the no response or follow ups from the management team about our issues.

Excellent location central to everything in San Pedro Rooms and facilities are kept very very clean Full kitchen Small but nice pool Great views. Friendly staff. I really liked it here. AC and fans No Gym Restaurant attached to the hotel with Jamaican food.

Excellent customer service, great room,clean and spacious,with a refrigerator, stove top,microwave & coffee maker,with a very cute box with ground coffee, tea bags,sugar,creamer. . Walking distance to town. Excellent view, restaurant & bar by the pool side 👌.

The location was perfect and the apartment was spectacular! It was clean, homey, and a cool haven from the heat and humidity. Right on Coconut Drive (the main road for tourists), we had access to everything. And the view from our porch was stunning! Exactly as seen on the booking site, we spent most of our time in the apartment sitting on our porch or enjoying the view from inside the cool apartment with shades opened. I highly recommend SunBreeze Suites for families or couples looking for quality time en la Isla Bonita, San Pedro Belize. Special shoutouts to Abriannie for booking our golf cart so quickly and easily, Daniel for the best lunch recommendation, and Linda for facilitating an easy checkout when we were running a bit behind schedule. We plan on coming back!

This hotel has excellent staff, is very clean, and is on the beach. We had a great view of the pool and beach from our room. The small kitchen has no stove, just a cooktop. They provided filtered water, and we made our ice in the refrigerator. We went there for diving and highly recommend Ambergris Divers. We also had a golf cart for the week. The pool is clean and nice. There were chairs for the beach. We took our own Apple TV box to be able to watch what we wanted on the TV.

There is no elevator or handrail between the first and second floors. No lotion is provided in the rooms. We didn't have electricity or wifi for two hours, and the hotel doesn't have a generator. The staff was fabulous and the Jambel restaurant was really fantastic!
