Für mehrere Geschäftsreisen nach San Luis Potosi in den letzten 2 Jahren habe ich in Fiesta Americana verblieben. Meine Erfahrung hat immer ausgezeichnet. Von den ersten Interaktionen mit dem Personal am Frontbüro bis zum Frühstück/Dinnerservice, zum Zimmerservice und zum letzten Check-out war die Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und Service oberste Ebene. Mit der vollständigen Wiederaufnahme der Geschäftstätigkeit im angrenzenden Mall und schönen Park ist der Wertvorschlag für die Fiesta Americana unvergleichbar. Ich empfehle anderen, in San Luis Potosi zu bleiben.

Das Hotel ist schön und die Lage ist großartig. Der Grund für die 3 Sterne ist, dass Reparaturen oder Verbesserungen erforderlich sind. Meine Zimmertür funktionierte nicht immer und die Blei in der Badezimmer produzierte so niedrige Wasserdrucke, ich war besorgt über Duschen. Es gab nur zwei Ausgänge im Zimmer, und mit den heutigen Elektronikanforderungen, das ist einfach nicht genug. Das Frühstück war hier als absolut lecker serviert. Machen Sie diese Verbesserungen (nicht modernisieren Sie die Aussichten, nur die Unterkünfte) und dieses Hotel könnte ein echtes Geschirr in SLP sein.

The view hotel was superb! Super quiet, immaculate and very, very convenient! We were here to go to the Mendoza Vision Clinic. The hotel is literally next door, and very accomodating of patients. Wir besuchten ein Trainingslager in La Loma und dieses Hotel war in der Nähe von SAFE. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Wir waren hier im April, bevor das Wetter zu heiß wird - die Zimmer wurden nicht so kalt wie wir gewöhnt sind, um nach Hause zurückzukehren, aber wir haben es nicht gedacht, da wir die Zimmer nicht während des Tages nutzen. Frühstück war gut und sie sicher, Kaffee bereit bis 6:00!! Eines Abends haben wir Domino's wirklich gefragt, und der Herr am Front Desk brauchte Zeit, um mir zu helfen, weil ich nicht Spanisch sprechen. Ich würde hier wieder bleiben!
