Perhaps the most incompetent personnel I have ever experienced. I booked my room through Trip.com. They billed my AMEX card as they normally do. When I arrived at the hotel they said they needed to put a “pre-authorization” charge on my card. Not unusual. The charge, however, was never removed. I called the hotel several times always getting a “we will resolve this and get back to you.” They did neither. I began communicating with Trip.com and, after multiple emails, Trip.com said the hotel said they had only put a pre-authorization on my card which was not true. If that had been true, the charge would have disappeared after I checked out. So, I had to go to AMEX and dispute the charge. All in all, I am 2-3 hours into this process because of NH incompetence. The room was adequate, the parking very dangerous as it is underground down a steep ramp. Coming back up there is sidewalk and if someone is there it would be difficult to stop in time. The breakfast is very good. Net: I will never stay in this or another NH Hotel. They care nothing about their customers.
