This hotel is a hidden gem in walking distance of the city center and the convention center. Currently, parking is free there, so that alone is a reason to go there instead of the usual chains.
The person who runs this place is doing it with utmost dedication and love for the property and the guests. Everything is in top condition, the room is clean and provides everything needed for a business trip. I would give the facilities 5/5 if the towels would be of a slightly softer quality.

Had a great stay here while in town for the AI Hardware & Edge AI conference. Family-run business, lovely staff. Comfortable, clean, quiet, spacious room. Quick walk to the convention center. Free parking. Excellent coffee shop next door.

We flew into San Jose because a relative was in ICU and not expected to live much longer. We were greeted by Nick, who was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room had a king bed and suite features, offering a good amount of space. The bed was large even for a king, and very comfortable. The suite decor had the feel of a house rather than a motel. Nick took the time to check in with us each day (3) to see how things were going with our relative. Room service was provided daily. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for 6 nights to attend a conference at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. I was looking for a place as close to the convention center as possible because I needed to bring my demo equipment, but I had a hard time finding a hotel that was reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions promptly. If I ever come back to San Jose, I would use this hotel again. サンノゼマッケンナリーコンベンションセンターで開催される学会参加のため６泊利用しました。 デモ機を持ち込むため、なるべくコンベンションセンターから近いところを探していたのですが、値段が高いホテルばかりで困っていたところ、ここはリーズナブルな値段でした。 部屋は広く、清潔で、サービスも行き届いていました。 個人経営のホテルですが、オーナーの方がとても親切で、不慣れな私の質問にも丁寧に答えてくれて適切かつ迅速に対応頂きました。 サンノゼに来ることがまたあれば、再度このホテルを利用したいです。

We took a chance on this hotel as we have never heard of it. It is in a great location downtown San Jose. We drove from Lodi to San Jose for a retirement party. The room was cute and the bed was comfortable and clean. The owner was very attentive. Will stay here again.

I was surprised by the property ~ It’s clean, new, very comfortable, roomy, safe… And parking is included! The owners and their son were soooo nice too!!! I feel it was a great value ~ especially for the area. I will say it was one of the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a while. I will say that in room coffee would be a HUGE bonus. I did purchase an electric kettle for my tea and a quick cup of coffee. (I’ll carry it with me when I drive back) I hope they maintain the level of cleanliness and comfort.

This really is a great hotel in the midst of a downtown area that could use some TLC I'm sure since Covid. But super close to all the downtown San Jose has to offer, which is a lot. The hotel looks like an apartment building that has been shown great care. The room was very clean and comfortable. It has been updated. The owner was very personable. It was just me and my young daughter and I felt safe which is important. I will say, a lock higher up on the door would have made me feel even more safe. But we will definitely stay here again when we come to the area. I appreciate the reasonable room price and no gouging for parking etc. No worries with this place, book your stay!

I had to appear in district court for a 4 day trial. It was a 5 minute walk away. Nick, the live on premises owner was charming and helpful. The room was perfect. There wasn’t any close grocery so I Lyfted to Safeway, bought what I needed for 4 breakfasts, lunches and dinners with snacks! Fridge was plenty big. Microwave on top was perfect. Lots of tv channels, super comfy bed, big desk, two big comfy chairs with ottoman. Shower and bath were lovely and big bathroom sink and counter. Surprising too ***** downtown San Jose experience. I highly recommend it.

We stayed here for one night on two separate occasions. Owner very funny and great to deal with, efficient and approachable. Rooms really large, clean and look to be newly done. Fantastic for affordable option. Great coffee and pastry a few doors down.
