Great location. It is situated just beside mcdo and starbucks. Staff are polite and very assisting (receptionists are very presentable and beautiful!) Room is very clean including cr. A/C is cold but noisy bec it is the conventional types (for the low price of the room, I wouldn’t expect an inverter type!). Parking area is very wide. Just bring your toothbrush and toothpaste bec they don’t have it on their package. Or you can buy it on their gift shop, which I did. I also was able to request for a hair blower - it worked salon-like quality! We’ll be coming back! Had an easy time finding your location, we’re from Baguio. Love it! Thank you Hotel Gracelane!

Ich habe hier geblieben, wann immer ich im Land bin. Ich mag die Lage: nahe allem. Zimmer ist schön, und sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sind nett, freundlich, und greetet Sie mit einem Lächeln. Das Frühstück serviert ist auch gut. Jeden Tag ist eine andere Auswahl. Das Bendix Hotel in San Fernando ist mein Platz, wenn in Pampaga.

Die Zimmer sind jedoch sauber, der Klimaanlage hat sich immer wieder Sorgen gemacht, wenn wir in diesem Hotel bleiben. Wir hoffen, dass dies für künftige Gäste behandelt wird.

Was für einen perfekten Ort für den Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des gesamten Hotels war sehr gut. Sehr gemütlich Personal von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. Wir fühlen uns sehr willkommen. Die Hotelpersonal waren sehr auf unsere Bedürfnisse achten. Nicht viel Ausstattung, aber der Ort war sehr entspannend. Die Atmosphäre war nicht so gut. Ihr Essen war so nett und lecker. Wir werden bald wieder besuchen.

Das war das zweite Mal, dass ich jetzt da war. Ich bin ziemlich glücklich mit allem. Und ich werde wiederkommen.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The only problem that we had at first was when we were about to check-in, they placed us in a twin-bed room whereas I booked a double-bed room. The receptionist that time insisted that a double-bed room is just the same with a twin-bed room. I showed him the type of bed and room that we booked but later on, they replaced it to a double-bed room. He explained that originally, they really give twin-bed rooms for online bookings but luckily, there was an available double-bed room that time and it is Trip.com who controls the posts on their website being the third-party. But it should be the responsibility of both hotel and Trip app to make sure that the details and listings posted are all correct for transparency and for the sake of us travellers. PS: When we got inside our room, we also noticed a used soap and opened shampoo container inside the bathroom. Maybe the housekeeping staffs didn't fully-check the room after restocking the toiletries. I also found 1 dead small cockroach under the cabinet. But over-all, we still enjoyed our stay.
