Sehr altes Hotel mit verabredeten Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind nicht gut. Ich musste dreimal verschieben, und das Personal des Frontbüros handlete den Pass aufpassend. Ich werde nicht wieder in dieser Eigenschaft bleiben, da ich nicht mit der Zimmerqualität beeindruckt war. Die Unterkunft ist nur alle drei Tage verfügbar.Kein Personal kann beim Umzug des Gepäcks von Zimmer zu Zimmer helfen. Ich habe ein Bay-View-Zimmer mit Balkon reserviert, aber sie haben das erste Zimmer, das schmeckt Zimmer und kein Arbeitsklimaanlage. Nach einer Nacht wurde er in ein anderes Zimmer ohne Badeansicht bewegt und in ein anderes Zimmer auf dem achten Stock mit einem Halbbadeansicht und Balkon. Ehrlich gesagt wurde er nicht von der Erfahrung beeindruckt. Kein kostenfreies Wasser im Zimmer. Wifi war nicht die schnelle.

Die Klimaanlage des Hotels ist in der Regel warm und das Zimmer ist relativ klein. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sehr nahe am Strand

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Von dem Moment, als ich in die Lobby ging, habe ich einen frischen sauberen Blumenaroma, ich wusste, dass das ein gutes Zeichen war. Der Empfangsmann war alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind etwas älter, aber sie werden gut betreut und sauber. Wir werden sicher wieder hier bleiben!

Great value for a budget traveler. Older motel-style property, but well-maintained with modernized furnishings and bathrooms. Comfortable beds that compare with my more common Marriott stays. I found my room lighting to be a bit disappointing (too dim), no breakfast option, but there are several nearby diners and a Vons supermarket are within 5 mins walking distance. The location is not central to much unless there’s a sports event at the arena, but it’s easy to get places by Uber or a pretty decent mass transit network (if you have the time…. As it could double or triple your travel time) The MTS route 8 bus stops right out front. We went all the way to Torrey Pines Beach for $2.50 each way (bus 8 to Old Town, blue trolley toward UTC, then the 101 to Torrey Pines State Park for a hike with great views!). And, in only about 60-70 mins, and we’re able to fit in a trip to LaJolla cove on the way back.I

Location: you know how it is Location Location Location is always key, well this hostel is so close to ghetto, being on 14th Street, a sad conglomeration of homelessness and crime. I saw a worker having to go after a bystander that seemed to have been waiting for anyone to come out of the place, then a biker stole a displaced person's handbag (appeared to have passed out under the influence outside the premises). Staff: I liked Carlos and Ricky a lot, both were always very helpful, accommodating, so was the darker lady at the front desk and the cleaning attendant. I would have problems with my NZ phone to rebook and extend my stays, both would just take care of my reservation by phone and they would email me the confirmation. This happened twice as I extended my stay for a total of 3 weeks. Unfortunately when I tried to do the same through a new worker on the phone (I apologize to not know his name), he sternly asserted that Ricky and Carlos should not be taking reservations by phone. I politely tried to explain myself that I've always had problems with my phone, that I was a repeat or returning guest, and Ricky and Carlos were just being helpful. My mistake was I had asked him if he was the owner then I realized who he was, through the same voice that I would hear in the lobby getting upset over little things with other guests. As soon as I asked if he might have been the owner or manager (since he kept saying Ricky and Carlos were wrong to have helped me process my reservations to extend via phone and email), he hung up and then sent me the email, which I have attached here. Common areas: I wouldn't say they are the classiest and cleanest of hostels in town. If you want a real ”classy” hostel, unassuming without shoving the term in your face, GO TO HI HOSTEL (HOSTEL INTERNATIONAL), they are the cleanest, classy if one must say, organized, huge common areas that are not noisy (Stay Classy can very noisy), right in the middle of Gaslamp Quarter and non-profit. Bed: excellent concept of the separation of ”quarters” via heavy curtains, but tbh it got claustrophobic if you stay long enough in your lil space. It also felt like a morgue as you enter the passageway of the room with all these quarters.

It used to be a Comfort Inn that we have always stayed at for over 10 years but now a Best Western. Very nice upgrades, great and friendly staff, love the location, A good place to stay. Close to downtown, Old Town, Zoo, and 5 minutes to the beach and shopping and golf just 5 minutes away also.

Dieses Hotel war großartig. Ich genossen wirklich den Aufenthalt in diesem Ort. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und gut gepflegt mit einem komfortablen Bett und einem super schönen Kühlschrank. Es gibt einen Parkplatz kostenlos, aber bald wird es für 15$/Tag gezahlt. Das Personal war sehr nett. Es gibt auch einen guten Swimmingpool, den wir nicht verwendet haben. Es gibt ein schönes Restaurant mit großen Waffeln zum Frühstück in der Nähe der Lobby. Insgesamt ein toller Ort, wo zu bleiben!

Ich war hier für eine Ziel-Hochzeit. Von der Ankunft bis zum Abreisen war die Erfahrung großartig. Die Boden sind so schön. Jedes Essen, das ich auf dem Grundstück hatte, war wunderbar. Danke für die Bereitstellung von Golfwagenservice, um zu kommen. Die meisten waren sehr wandelbar, aber das haben die verfügbaren war ein schöner Touch. Liebe, in der Lage, ein Feuer am Strand! Nur eine große Gesamterfahrung.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage, in der Nähe der Promenade und der alten Stadt. Komfortable Bad und Zimmer. Gutes Schwimmbad. Bei der Einfahrt gab es einen Gutschein für Kajak oder Radfahren für eine Stunde. Auch Gutscheine für zwei Flaschen Wasser. Die Situation, die uns passierte, war das Zimmer mit dem Geruch der Dampf, dass es nicht atmen konnte, nach einer Beschwerde wurde es schnell zu uns verändert.
