When I phoned to confirm the time we would have dinner after arrival was told the restaurant was closed for a charity do. Booked hotel back in November and coming a long way wanted to eat in because the hotel had a good food recommendation and resident parking. We thought oh the actual dining room booked out but on arrival after a terrible journey from N Herts were greeted by no residents parking left due to party it was dark and raining, and the entrance hall was packed with people as well as public rooms they were sitting on stairs etc making takig cases in difficult. Ok it was for a last minute event for a good cause, but this was not professional when you are also an hotel. My double room for single occupancy had been occupied by a heavy cigar smoker. I was moved after our son and partner came in and agreed not good. The rooms were both doubles and very very crampt around area for dressing table, tiny shelf for making drinks and clothes open hanging rail. Our sons room was more spacious but did agree not idea hanging space. Both en-suite showers were no more than a trickle. The rooms were clean. The beds were also very comfortable. One of our party had a brunch meal and that was deducted as goodwill gesture. My son and partner very much enjoyed their two full English breakfasts, my second breakfast I asked for poached egg but two arrived untrimmed stacked on top of two slices of toast and on a cold plate !! Very unappetising. The staff were all polite and helpful which was a bonus

It’s a unique place. It has a hostel vibe but it is budget accommodation in a pub and so, for me, that’s to be expected. The ladies behind the bar and cleaning staff were lovely. We stayed in a family room and it is a spacious room and well stocked in terms of teas, coffees etc. and also the rooms have extra items in them that you don’t expect in a budget room such as croissants, cartons of juice, water and cereal which is a sweet touch. The beds were comfortable and the room was surprisingly quiet given it is above pub which has a lively annex bar attached to it. There is parking available right outside the pub on the road or you can apparently park in the football car park across the road (we didn’t need to as there was space outside). The only downside for me was there was a very bad smell in the en-suite bathroom but the bathroom was clean and so it must be plumbing and/or ventilation that is the issue and, with this being such an old building, I’m not sure what can be done about it.

Baden House ist einfach phänomenal aus der Mischung von alten und modernen Ästhetik, die Klasse, Eleganz und Luxus schreien zu der schüchternen sauberen, ruhigen Umgebung und der oh so nett Personal, die immer zur Verfügung waren, um zu helfen und Ihren Aufenthalt so komfortabel möglichst. Es war so bemerkenswerter Erfahrung und ich würde sicher wieder zurückgehen. Ich liebe meinen Aufenthalt im Baden House absolut und ich werde immer empfehlen. Es war der beste Osternurlaub und Erfahrung.

Das festgelegte Suite wurde auf die Familiensuite aktualisiert. Das sehr britische Landhotel im Vereinigten Königreich, das Restaurant in seiner Familie war nicht erwartet, dass Rossete drei Sternen ist. Es ist nicht verwunderlich, dass das Frühstück besser ist als das Londoner Savoy Hotel. Es hat ein Abendessen gegessen und es ist auch unerwartet gut und das Brot ist anders. Der Garten des Hotels ist auch der englische Garten des natürlichen Windes, der das Gefühl der Unruhe, die viele Gedanken entdeckt hat. Darüber hinaus ist die tägliche Kuchengebäcke zu lecker, dass sie mein tägliches Denken geworden sind.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Wohnzimmer. Es ist nicht nur sehr gut, wenn man gerade ins Zimmer kam, sondern auch sehr gut, dass die alte Wohnung nicht gut schmeckt. Andere OK, das alte Haus ist alt, aber es ist nicht so, dass das Frühstücksauswahl noch reichhaltig ist.

Nur von einem 2-Nacht-Stadt zurückgekehrt und das Hotel war am Platz ! Ich musste den Abend voranrufen, da ich den falschen Termin reserviert hatte, Sam war super hilfreich und blieb so, als wir am nächsten Tag geprüft und er war auf der Rezeption, begrüßte mich als Goldmitglied . Er hatte ein Zimmer bereit und bot einen frühen check-in, und sogar eingebettet, um sicherzustellen, dass ich ein ruhiges Zimmer hatte. Das Frühstück war besser als erwartet, da es enthalten war, und es gab viele zusätzliche Teebeutel und Kaffeebeutel an den Aufzügen, wenn Sie mehr für Ihr Zimmer brauchten. Personal war freundlich und Zimmer war grundsätzlich, aber komfortabel - wie angekündigt ! Danke Sam, da diese Reise hätte sehr anders begonnen ..... Kommt sicherlich wieder mit IHG zu Platinum arbeiten. :-)
