I am super happy with literally everything. I would definitely book again. The apartment was super clean, spacious and comfortable. I felt safe and the service of Aya (receptionist) was outstanding.

Very small unit, even by European standards. Very noisy complex. Uncomfortable furnishings. The keys had to be reset everyday. There were frying pans in the unit but no pots to cook in or boil water to make spaghetti or heat soup. For the costs of the RCI exchange rates and membership, we could’ve stayed in a nicer hotel.

Excellent place to stay. We stayed for 1 week. Apartment beautiful and modern with everything you need. Pool also beautiful. Had a small pool to suitable for younger kids. Receptionist was extremely helpful and very nice have to say all staff was very nice. Great location. Great stay will be back again to this place.

An excellent apartment to stay.clean and close to the beach. The only thing I didn't like was there was no rail in the shower enclosure to help u in and out and my elderly mother was scared of slipping on the tile step. So she cudnt use it. The reception lady was lovely and answered all our questions as needed . I'd give it 9/10.

Nice location in safe and clean town of Salou, but next to historical Tarragona. The resort is surrounded by the nice and long promenade, lots of nice local Spainish cuisine restaurants and shops. There are also western fast food places like McDonalds. Ideal specially for families, kids, and elderly. There are rental shops for bikes, e-scooters, mobility mopeds for the elderly, special needs, and just those want to go around time riding instead of walking (the mopeds are cheaper euros 10 for 1 whole day, e-scooters are euro 10+ per hour.

Our family visited Salou in August and stayed in 2 apartments in Ona Suites. The apartments were clean and functional . Housekeeping came in during week to change towels and general tidy. Pool was very clean with life guard on duty all day. You can rent sunbeds for a small charge , would be good if there were umbrellas to rent too (might be something to consider) . The reception staff especially Aya was friendly and professional . Arranged late check out for a small fee as our flight was evening time . Close to beach and all the shops and supermarkets. Great location , clean , friendly reception staff . Will definitely be back .

Nice apartments, small but perfectly clean and in a great location. Have to give special mention to Nathalie on Reception who was so helpful, she organised a late check out for us which was most appreciated.

Great location on the main street, only 30 minutes from Tarragona and 1 hour from Barcelona. We enjoyed our stay very much and loved the assistance of the staff, always helpful! Nice restaurants along the beach, and local spots as well! Friendly people all around.

Great stay. Clean, well-maintained. Beautiful location, very convenient to the beaches, shopping and dining experiences. Parking was a bit of a problem, as the hotel had none, but because it was the off-season, all on street parking was free.
