A very bad hotel for stay . In the morning,You don’t need any alarm for wake-up,Mosquitos in my room did the job very well and also helps me to have my free breakfast on time. Rooms are very dirty.

I stayed for the 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was helpful and quick. Room service was also very good and staff helped us a lot during the stay. The housekeeping staff was also very responsive. Sorry, I couldn't remember their names. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here in this hotel on my next trip to Rudrapur. I will also recommend this hotel to others.

Good property but poor service.location also very 👍.Don't even bother to show bills to customers. Extra item added an not even bothered to refund even discussed with desk staff

Room are suffocation with no ventilation at all quality of room don't justify the price we paid buffet breakfast quality and service were pathetic we were allotted room on first floor there was some function in banquet on ground floor at nit as well as early morning the sound of dhol and music didn't let us sleep or relax and eventually we had to leave the hotel and shift to another hotel as hotel staff was of no help at all hotel in room dinning staff was at the time of service more curious in peeking in the room all around rather then doing their jobs

In room not available proper light and study light is not working. Fall celling is damade. Curtain road is brocken. I had booked deluxe room which is not acceptable

It was a very ordinary experience. Although the hotel had a good ambience and location. Reason being unavailability of king size bed in a deluxe room, non working television, privacy was compromised due to no proper covering on the windows.
