The building could benefit from some upgrades, and the breakfast was quite disappointing, with limited options. The stay was acceptable for just one night, but there were a few issues. The water in the shower got warm but not quite hot, and the bedspread had a few stains. Additionally, the shower curtain looked like it could use replacing.

Front check-in staff was wonderful, but this property has third world standards for cleanliness. The biggest issue for me was the safety of the facility, both inside and outside. The parking lot was filled with unsavory characters, some of whom were obviously staying there. In the short time I was there, we witnessed two altercations in the lot.

The place is very very run down. Elevator was out of date by over a year they charge you a $50 holding fee when you get there tell you it will be back in your bank account in one day now they’re telling me it’s gonna be 5 to 7 business days I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they keep your money for that long. I don’t understand why you pay for a hotel room and then they charge you 50 bucks when you get there if you take my money and then there’s nothing wrong with the room. It should be refunded back within 24 hours. Are they able to give you cash? I would never stay at this place ever again. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in ever.

Place needs a refurbishing badly! No luggage carts to start off with. Room has an unusual layout with small bathroom, and the sink is in the main living area. No local channels on TV. Hallway carpet a filthy mess. Just go across the street at Crystal for breakfast instead of looking in the brekfast room.

Never staying here again. Rude staff up front, dirty rooms, bed bugs, crumbs on tables, etc. I have never had such a bad experience before this.

The halls smell like cigarette smoke and the carpet need cleaning. When I called to check my reservation and ask a question the gentleman on the line was very rude and hung up on me and it was very difficult to get someone back on the phone.

Male staff needs to be polite to customers over the phone while trying to reserve a room. the capet in the hall ways and room need to be properly cleaned.

Hotel was so dirty the rooms tub had never been cleaned the floor had hair the doors had hair look at the bed and bed bugs and black all over mattress have broke out in awful rash since entering the hotel so nasty don’t waste the gas to drive there
