This was the last night in a hotel a friend and I had as we wrapped up our vacation. The employees we encountered were very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was in pretty good condition. It was a good stay here.

Had a great night stay at the Super 8 in Portsmouth, OH. The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. I made a mistake with my reservation but she was able to correct the room at no extra expense. This is a very nice Super 8, our room was very spacious and clean and my bed was quite comfortable. I was able to get in a good run before unwinding in the pool which was as warm as bath water! After a great night's sleep I woke up to a delicious hot breakfast of eggs, toast and bacon. Sausage, cereal, yogurt and juice were also available to eat. I had a great stay at this hotel and I will definitely be back, I highly recommend this place if you are in need a of great night's sleep!!

We got two room since our grown kids were with us. Had issues with other room noise and the cleanliness of the room. One room had what seemed to be used sheets and the other room had holes in the bathroom door and mold on the wall around the shower. The night clerk said she couldn't do anything. All rooms full. Understand low rating for the place.

Fantastic stay with good service, and clean pool and room, the service desk was great at recommending a good take out service for food and the food was the best so far on this trip.

I stayed here over the weekend for a business trip. The hotel was nice it's clean. Ever I looked was clean. They served a hot breakfast. The breakfast was waffles, biscuits , gravy scrambled eggs, and other little breakfast items. The staff was great. I have some physical issues, and they made sure all my needs were met. The only reason I gave it four stars is if you're a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you it's really close to a main road and right across the main road is a railroad tracks. You will hear all the semis go by and definitely hear the trains go by so if you're a light sleeper bring something like white noise I have a family machine on my phone and that help me sleep.

Drug activity and use was prevalent in this establishment. A child almost died and was taken out in an ambulance. The breakfast staff was unhelpful and didn't keep the food properly stocked had to continually ask for stuff to be restocked. Water constantly on floors from pool guest made it slippery and dangerous. Goy pushed almost over by a Sheriff chasing thieves through the motel and not very safe parking due to drug ******* in parking lot

Spend the extra $40 or so and go to the holiday inn. Loud, dirty, smelly, outdated hotel without an ability to watch tv to drown out the noise of your neighbors because it keeps telling you to connect to the internet.

I you like the smell of *********, and spices burning in the hotel this is the hotel for you along with dit on the floor and used needles in the parking lot. Party after midnight in the hallway along with the drug. Constant loud noise this is the hotel for you. Any smart person should stay far far away from this craphole of a place.

Checkin went fine went up to room. Stink bugs in the curtains, linoleum flooring loose to point can reach down and pick up. Part of the floor by the ac unit sinks in a good inch or 2. Turned off ac and left for hour for dinner came back and horrible mildew smell, im assuming why they leave the ac running. Halls were messy, fire alrm went off in middle of the night. Will not return, if considering id highly advise to check out reviews of others. Many many issues which lead to believe all of these are ongoing issues.
