Es ist das zweite Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachte, von der Buchung bis zum Aufenthalt, die gesamte Erfahrung war großartig. Erstens, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, das ich drücke! 酒店經理給免費升級的親子房，點贊前台小哥哥服務很好，房間異味比較重，新裝修的避免不了，小哥當時借用了花露水噴灑房間會好聞一些，唯一不滿的點是當天因為帶孩子出門，忘記帶恆温水壺了，寶寶晚上會喝夜奶，房間水壺不保温，而且當時前台的恆温壺未使用的狀態，跟前台表達需求晚上借用一下，小哥哥當時是同意了，另外一個女孩子表示不能借用，可能是不想借用吧，客房送東西敲門，迴應後，在知道里面有人的情況下還是用卡刷開了房間門，這個行為並不好，吃早餐空調比較涼，寶寶穿的比較少，酒店人員主動找不對着出風口的位置，煮粉的小哥也及時調整了空調温度，這種及時響應客户需求的行為值得點贊👍

入住這家酒店簡直驚喜連連，設施設備嶄新齊全，五樓有洗衣房童玩區健身房，我家小孩特別喜歡這家的餅乾，細節處非常用心，前台小羅的服務更是暖心，貼心的為我們房間準備小吃水果和酒店的非遺蠟染伴手禮，離店時還貼心的為我們準備了小吃帶路上吃，瞬間被這份心意感動到了。強烈推薦所有追求品質與特色的旅行者到店體驗~
