Wow what a beautiful place . This is a place ill be coming back to for sure.the hotel is lovely the olive tour is so informative and vert well done.we have the tapas meal at lunch with some great wine,the room we had was perfection at its best with views all over the olive grove and mountains.the evening meal again very good and also the breakfast.this is a perfect place to stay and do the olive tour its a must 10/10

We had a perfect stay at the Cortijo. The place has it all: great location and superb views, lovely rooms and most friendly staff. If you can, don’t hesitate to book the olive-oil tour, including the tasting. We warmly recommend the LA Organic.

Wonderfull, peaceful, relaxing stay. The room is big, bathroom just perfect with bathtub and a lot of space in the whole room. Breakfast could offer some different bread maybe? Also possibility for a choice of eggs would be nice… Area is just breathtaking! We arrived late in the evening, but that was not a problem. Possibility staying in touch through what’s up was great. A dispute around moving our wedding indoors to appease new concerns regarding noise complaints from neighbours came to light in July 2022. This was just a few weeks before our wedding in early October 2022 and threatened to derail the whole event. In the remaining weeks before the wedding, Madrid-based management exerted lots of pressure on our wedding planner to move it indoors, despite it being far too close to the event to make such changes. Other couples we spoke to were able to move more easily because they had not committed to marquee hire. Shortly after checking in on the day before the wedding the management started to hassle us again, arguing about the level of soundproofing that could be achieved by the material of the hired marquee, temporarily blocking its setup, followed later by hostile calls that evening from their ‘corporate’ team to apply additional rental charges for ‘unapproved events’. In the first call a staff member from the ‘corporate’ team demanded that the small group of family members who had arrived for a barbecue be sent home and the barbecue scrapped. This further dispute culminated with the arrival of 3 armed police officers before lunch on the Sunday after the wedding who were sent at the request of a member of the Madrid office. The officers formed a semi-circle around me at the doorstep, offered no translation other than ‘problems with contract’ and I was passed a card reader by a housekeeper while she spoke simultaneously to the man from Madrid, following his instructions and passing information to the officers in Spanish. I made payment for the disputed additional rental charges and the officers eventually left. The experience was horrible. We remain appalled, as were our guests. If it was done with the intention of intimidating us and upsetting us, then it succeeded. The purpose was to extract an additional 847eur, on top of the 5800eur rental already paid to fulfil the contract prior to arrival. In the words of a member of the local event team on one of the many calls, “usually when we do this to the couples they just pay”. It’s such a shame because we would have been OK with the additional amount if it had been made clear in the original agreement but it was not, it was never part of the agreement. The manner in which we were pressured before and during the weekend was also not what we expected when we booked the wedding on a lovely friendly tour of the property in October 2021, done by the local staff, promising a space without any noise restriction, “you can have the party as late and as loud as you like, look around, there is nobody to disturb”, gesturing to the vast open space of the farm and surrounding hillside. But the key thing is that it’s not the lovely local staff who make the decisions, it is done from Madrid. That team are completely focused on keeping the neighbours happy and to ensure the ugly museum structure being erected behind the Cortijo gets completed. We found it all pretty awf

Beautiful small establishment in the countryside on an olive farm.It was designed by Philippe Starck which says it all The main living and breakfast area is spacious modern and embracing.The outdoor terrace has great vista to enjoy breakfast and there is also an open fire pit for the colder weather.The swimming pool which we did not access as we were visiting in October is a few minutes walk from the main building set in olive grove You are far enough way from Ronda and large numbers of tourists but close enough that iyt is 10 minute drive away The room was spacious and all the facilities and amenities you required There is a long dirt road off the tarmac to the hotel but it is not a negative as it places you off the beaten track and private

We were only able to stay for two nights because they were booked up and now I know why. This hotel is so beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are huge by European standards. The grounds are so picturesque and because the hotel is so small it is very private - it feels like you have the whole place to yourself. The only downside is when we were there the kitchen was not open for dinner. So we did their meal delivery option both nights, which was just ok. Their breakfast was delicious so I can only imagine what their dinners are like when the kitchen is open!

Cortijo espectacular, con mucho detalle, te sientes como en casa. El personal en el desayuno Silvia y Mari Carmen super atentas. Y Antonio y Manuel en el restaurante maravillosos, nos han atendido super bien y nos han preparado verdaderos manjares. Ursula nuestra guia en la finca nos ha contado cosas super curiosas y la cata de aceites super enriquecedora. Solo tengo elogios para el personal y el sitio.

En un entorno único se une un trato inmejorable (desde la primera llamada, antes incluso de hacer la reserva), el gusto por los detalles, los productos de primera calidad (muy recomendable el itinerario y todo lo relacionado con el aceite de oliva, incluida cata). Todo ello ocurre en una finca y en un edificio en la que el paisajismo y los rincones sorprendentes y singulares (no daré pistas, hay que verlo allí) te invitan a la relajación y el descanso. La experiencia se hace inolvidable
