Location is super-convenient for main rail station, airport bus and the Hop-on-off circular bus, restaurants, small supermarkets... Rooms very pleasant and also quiet. But there are no personnel onsite and you make your own coffee. Not a "bed and breakfast" place as I understand it. Felt more like an airbnb.

The property is well located, close to transports and walk distance from many other places including Roma termini and coliseum. The hoster is very nice, gave us a map explaning all the area, giving tips of restaurants and places to go visit. I highly recommend and would for sure come back another time.

That person is a thief and a liar. I chose a room with free cancellation until 72 hours before arrival. The airline canceled the flight for the weekend of ascension and 68h before arrival. We reserved 40 days of time to finish before for 3 nights. We asked a cancellation with refund. He said ok then he refused Booking and cost 38 €. Then, an Italian friend asked Monsieur speaks only Italian. We explained to him that we are sorry and that all the work to deserve a vacation. Whether it is out of our control and we now know that this airline is not reliable and we hope to be with him next time we came. Then he said that if he sold the room, we have no money. Within 15 minutes, he sold the room to 249 €. We were very pleased and we expressed our satisfaction to him. But the renegade managers. We have collected 216 €. Que c'est indépendant de notre volonté et que maintenant nous savons que cette compagnie aérienne n'est pas fiable et que nous espérons loger chez lui lors de notre prochaine venu. Puis il a dit que s'il revend la chambre, il ne nous encaisse pas. En moins de 15 min, il a revendu la chambre à 249€. Nous étions ravis et lui avons exprimé notre contentement. Mais le gérant n'a pas tenu parole. Il nous a encaissé le 216€. Booking lui a donné 38€ de frais suite à son refus d'annulation sans frais.. je vous laisse faire le calcul .. 2 encaissements pour Pierrot, des mensonges et il n'a degnier de m'insulter via l'application Booking après que je l'ai effectivement traiter de personne irrespectueux, voleuse et menteuse. Il m'a clairement qu'il était heureux de m'avoir volé mon argent! Je suis sidérée, déçue et désabusée de la situation.
