Photos do not reflect space. Arrived at the check in desk, which is located several blocks away on the 2nd floor of a hotel. After check in, had to carry luggage back to location. Accommodations require 4 separate keys, a key pad code and a card to power the electric. Room on 3rd floor. Elevator too small for both passengers and our two carryon size bags. Had to send bags up in elevator and walk the flights in an outdoor, dark and uneven set of stone steps. Retrieved luggage from outdoor elevator. Entered apt to learn there is a common area and then a series of bedrooms. Ours was number 6. Did not feel private, many others on same floor. Entered room to discover smudges, dings and water damage on the walls. Bathroom was moldy in shower, outside shower etc. Went to wash hands and discovered the faucet was not connected to the sink!! Callled desk. Asked for help. No other rooms available. Explained re damage, feeling unsafe. Asked for refund. Was told could have one. Went to drop keys, asked for receipt of refund. Refused. Claimed no refund. No slippers and towels on bed, as in stock photos. No bath supplies lining the sink. No terrace. All the hotel photos are inaccurate.
