We had to cancel last minute due to a serious health issue. Our free cancellation fee was not applicable anymore. I texted the hotel via WhatsApp and Vanessa was kind enough to reply immediately and provide full refund! So heartful and understanding. thank you Vanessa!

Reception is only manned until 5pm and you can have a check in later up to 9pm free of charge but you must let them know in advance. After 9pm I believe it’s a 20euro charge. It’s not ideal when you arrive in Rome, as you are a bit restricted for getting straight to the hotel. Service was excellent, the lady who showed me to my room was lovely and most helpful. The location is amazing and lovely view at sunrise. When you arrive, there is a large door with 3 x flags above and you must press the buzzer there. The room itself was good however, the bed was not as comfy as hotel beds usually are and the double was two singles so essentially felt like a single. It is on the 5th floor and there is a tiny lift. If you’re not good with lifts as I’m not, it is quite a climb on the stairs. Worth considering if those might be an issue for you. As a solo female traveller, I do usually go for hotels but didn’t on this occasion. I did feel safe however the apartments are in a huge building and I probably wouldn’t stay in apartments on my own again. I think in a hotel, you do feel safer when travelling alone but just to note this would 100% not be an issue if I was with someone else. Also I had some very noisy neighbours one night and thankfully another man told them to keep the noise down a couple of times. I wouldn’t have been brave enough to do that on my own which have lead to a sleepless night! Having said that, I think the apartments are perfectly fine with an excellent location and the service was great. If you’re travelling with others then I think this is a good spot if the price is reasonable.

Nos hospedamos 2 días en esta pieza no es un hotel ni boutique es una pieza no deben engañar a los viajeros, si es verdad que tiene una buena ubicación lo cierto que no vale la pena el costo, es deprimente llegar a ese lugar. Lamentablemente el día que llegamos era tarde estábamos muy cansados, me acompañaban mi marido u mis dos hijos y no pudimos buscar otro lugar de haber podido seguro lo hacíamos. Cuando llegamos al lugar no me gusto desde la entrada, le pedí a la recepcionista que antes de pagar me mostrara la habitación a lo que se negó señalando que estaba reservado y aunque no nos gustara igual nos iban a cobrar, además por llegar tarde fuera de la hora señalada en la reserva nos cobro 20 euros. La pieza no tiene un lugar donde poder guardar la ropa el baño tiene mal olor las camas incomodas. La decoración del lugar si bien no se ve mal en las fotos es de mal gusto y de mala calidad Para acomodar las casas tiene. Un colgador de ropa y un compartimento de cartón tapizado en tela, (jamás en mi vida había estado en un lugar tan horrible) El pasillo es oscuro y sucio al parecer un departamento. Lo dividieron en pieza y es eso lo que ofrecen El ascensor es peligroso y parte en el 2 piso, se tiene que subir con el equipaje hasta el segundo piso. En el lugar hay un patio donde al parecer se desarrollan otras actividades. No lo recomiendo no arruinen su viaje a roma. Además en el edificio viven residentes que no son muy amables y te los encuentras en el ascensor y escaleras, en los pasillos oscuros. Horrible experiencia habernos hospedado en esa pieza.
