Walked into the room and it smells like smoke. Big chair in the corner has cuts on it. Went to use the ice bucket and it literally had mold in the corners of the bucket. I Guess we will be doing without the ice. I will say the beds are clean and no sign of bed bugs. We were stuck staying here because they were the only hotel here that took pets or we would have walked out and cancelled our stay.

I recently stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Rolla, MO and was quite disappointed with my experience. The building itself is quite old and in dire need of renovation. The guest rooms were not only smelly but also uncomfortably humid, making it difficult to relax. Despite the friendly staff, the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made

Very easy. Nice check-in. The young lady who checked me in was very courteous. Smiled and very happy any questions I had she answered and she did. The things I requested was very nice

They didn’t have any kind of grip strips or anything on their shower floor and I fell hit my head was knocked out and hurt my back severely and besides that it was so embarrassing I’ll never stay again staff was polite but did nothing to help at all

Room 1 had dirty towels and dirty air conditioner. Switched rooms and the second room had fesces on the toilet. Had to clean it myself as I didnt' trust the cleaning staff after seeing their attempts. Had I not been driving for 10 and it being late, I would have left.

🪳 cockroaches, mold, the refrigerator wasn't cold, microwave was broken, bathtub doesn't drain properly, air conditioner has mold, some light fixtures don't work, some outlets don't work and don't have covers, coffee pot had a cockroach in it, bad wifi connection, terrible smell throughout the hotel, outside entrance that should require a key was wide open all the time. Hottub had been broken for some time and was blocked off by tools and ladders. Room had not even begun to be cleaned at check in.

Roaches in room, staff didn't do anything our first night. She said to let someone know the next day. Had to wait to be moved until the second night! Also paid for upgraded suite so you would think it would be clean but even without roaches it was pretty dirty upon arrival. Stains on sheets, bathroom was dirty!

We had roaches in our room the first night in an upgraded suite with a pool balcony. The room was very dirty, stains on bedding. Smelt like smoke even though non smoking! When I told them about roaches the lady working said we would have to wait until the next day so we had to sleep with lights on. The second night we finally got moved. They did not offer any type of discount for our first night only reason we got a discount the second night is due to the fact that we had to be downgraded a room.
