Freundlich professioneller Service! Mein Zimmer war sauber und das Personal bot die Dinge, die ich für unseren drei Nachtaufenthalt benötigt habe. Unser Zimmer für Aktivitäten war hervorragend für Unterhaltung. Die servierten Nahrungsmittel und Getränke waren hervorragend. Wir freuen uns auf die Rückkehr im nächsten Jahr.

We stayed at this property on our way to Washington DC. I booked the room while traveling from our home in Florida. I received a call from Vanessa who was inquiring as to which accessible room we would need. I explained that our daughter was in a wheelchair and that we would need room to maneuver her in the room. She said that she would make sure that the room would accommodate us. When we got to the room that evening, it was exactly what we had asked for. When we checked out this morning, Vanessa was at the front desk and asked if everything worked out. We often deal with challenges when traveling with our daughter and we have never had a property reach out to us prior to our stay to make sure that our room accommodations will work. Thank you Vanessa for making our stay a welcoming one!!!

Der Verkaufsmanager bestand darauf, dass die Rate war, aber NO andere Familien habe ich dort geblieben mit bezahlt diese Summe pro Nacht. (da für Softballtournee). Wenn Sie jetzt sehen, haben sie keine $316 für JENE Nacht außer vielleicht Urlaub! Ich habe auch nie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail mit dem Rate auf dem. Front Desk war ruiniert. Breaker im Zimmer hält Tripp und ich musste es mehrere Male neu einstellen. Kein Manager wie die Website und Aufzugssticker reklamiert. Frühstück war ein Tag angemessen, Roh sausage Links die nächste. Mit der App haben wir vorab ins Zimmer geprüft und wählen. Nach der Ankunft wurde das gewählte Zimmer weggegeben. Was ist der Punkt? This was a stop by as I was driving up to Hershey, PA. Great ambience when you walk in, staff was great except the morning lady addressing the breakfast. She as to aggressive speaking to me on how to use the utensils while I was serving my own food. She was like a hawk watching the kids preparing their plates and cleaning after them as they did a mess which they didn't. Room was very comfortable, good options for breakfast.

Alles Personal war sehr nett. Es scheint nur nicht genug von ihnen zu sein, wenn man versucht, einen Abend-Check-in zu machen. Ich musste eine Weile warten, bis das Personal zum Vorderbüro kommt - anderen in einem anderen Teil des Hotels zu helfen. Rein, renoviert, anständiges Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Außenpool, ruhig.

We were so disappointed with our stay. Last year about this time we chose to stay in the Hampton Inn, Rocky Mount, North Carolina. We were pleased with our stay so this year we chose to go there again. We were so disappointed. Front desk, barely acknowledged that we were there Just handed us the keys. The room was not clean. I always use a Lysol wipe to sanitize in a hotel room and there was so much dust and some dirt which is absolutely unusual for Hampton Inn when I sat in the desk chair I almost flipped over backwards because it was broken, bit worst all was the mattresses for cleanliness as we always do because we travel a lot,we discovered a VERY stained and old looking mattress. Thankfully we had two beds and the other bed, though not in great condition only had stains along the edges. I reported this to the front desk and was told they would let maintenance know. No apology. Interestingly enough I never received a survey for that stay. We are loyal Hilton customers and have never experienced this before.

Ich kam nach Mitternacht und obwohl ich nicht ein Erdgeschoss gebe, wie gefordert, konnte ich den Aufzug nutzen, um zum 2. Stock zu kommen. Das Zimmer war gut genug für mich und meinen schnellen Aufenthalt, aber ich würde zögern, mit meiner Familie zu bleiben. Das ist nicht schlechtes Markenzeichen auf diesem Quality Inn. Meine Frau erwartet nur mehr in einem Aufenthalt als ich. Das Zimmer war angemessen, das Bett war komfortabel, das Ac funktionierte gut, so war ich gut für meinen kurzen Aufenthalt. Ich konnte den Todbolt nicht zu fangen, so habe ich den Schrank aufgelegt und den überdimensionierten Stuhl vor der Tür überschüttet. Es gab einige Müll hinter dem Stuhl, die verloren, aber das Zimmer war insgesamt ok. Die oberen Hallen brauchen mehr Licht und die Immobilie braucht etwas bessere Wartung, aber solange sie nicht versuchen, das Zimmer zu überladen und wissen, was ihr Preispunkt sein sollte, würde ich hier wieder bleiben.
