Wish I could give zero stars! I booked in March 2024 for an October wedding coming up. It was formerly called Trade Winds Inn, which was its name when I booked. I was emailed a few months ago that there was new ownership and renovations were happening, but that there was no further action on my end. Fine, no need for concern right? Wrong! I just got an email today that my booking was cancelled. Trouble is, I didn't cancel it, Hatchway did. To add insult to injury, they write "Advance purchase reservations are paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable." I've called 5 times at this point and have not heard a thing. The hotel doesn't even have their voicemail set up. Cricks. To be determined if I will get my money back, but I will be sure to let every person I know about just how challenged, unprofessional, and shady this hotel is! Ownership, if you're actually listening, figure it out and give me my refund :)
