The location of the hotel is right across the street from Kingdom Center and within somewhat reasonable walking distance to Faisal Tower. In addition, the hotel is right next to Riyadh Bank which has several ATMs, and there is a small convenience store nearby. However, if you want to go to old Riyadh, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service. The room was very clean and modern. In my opinion, the best part of the hotel was the breakfast. There was a large variety of items with different choices each day. I would definitely stay here again.

During a recent business trip to Riyadh, I had the opportunity to stay at the Dara Hotel Qurtubah, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. While the hotel may not be considered a luxury property, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was cozy, and I had no trouble getting a good night's sleep. The room also featured standard amenities like a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, and coffee/tea maker. One of the highlights of the Dara Hotel Qurtubah was its fitness center and outdoor pool area. The gym was well-stocked with a variety of cardio machines and weight training equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The pool, surrounded by lounge chairs, provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a long day. The hotel's location in the Qurtubah neighborhood is a definite selling point. This vibrant area is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and other local attractions, all within easy walking distance of the hotel. I was able to explore the neighborhood extensively without needing to rely on taxis or public transportation. The service at the hotel was also quite good. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, whether I needed directions, restaurant recommendations, or assistance with booking activities. The housekeeping team did a commendable job of keeping my room clean and well-stocked during my stay. While the Dara Hotel Qurtubah may not be the most luxurious option in Riyadh, it offers a great value proposition with its comfortable accommodations, convenient amenities, and ideal location in the heart of the Qurtubah neighborhood. I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in Riyadh.

Given the quality of hotels I've stayed in Riyadh, this hotel was a positive change. Solid quality of building and rooms as well as pleasantly clean. Unfortunately, this is where positivity ends. You can earn Radisson points ONLY if booking via Radisson website. Not sure if anyone does that these days and, moreover, there is no such reference in Radisson's website. They start serving breakfast at 7am, which is late for a business traveler like me. Moreover, breakfast is served in a la carte form, which means it takes 5-10 minutes until someone approaches you to take your order and then another 15-20 minutes until your selection is served. Again, wasting half hour of precious morning time. Finally, would be great if hotel could increase the number of news (business news) TV channels.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet, die Umgebung ist allgemein, es gibt kein Toilettenpapier im Hotel, das große Nummer muss mit Wasser gewaschen werden, es gibt keine Handtücher, Wäsche, Zahnfäden, Zahnfäden usw. In dem Zimmer müssen diese Waschmittel selbst gebraucht werden. Das Zimmer verfügt über Mikrowellenschrank und Wasserbehälter. Nebenan gibt es kleine Bequemlichkeitsgeschäfte, die man essen und verwenden kann, und die Seite ist auch.

Das Hyatt Place bietet wie alle Hyatt Hotels die selben Sicherheits- und Hygienestandards und diese sind wirklich ausgesprochen gut. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und im Bereich der Lobby und Restaurant mehrsprachig vorhanden. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit dem Servicepersonal nur eingeschränkt möglich, da keine Englischkenntnisse vorhanden sind. Die Zimmer sind in einer guten Zustand und die Betten & Matratzen sind sehr meiner Meinung sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und für die 4 Sterne Klasse sehr ausgiebig. Selbst nach 60 Nächten wurde durch die wirklich aufmerksame Betreuung von dem Service- & Küchenpersonal des Restaurant eine abwechslungsreiche Küche präsentiert. Der Pool und Fitnessbereich ist befriedigend, wird aber leider durch die getrennte Nutzungszeiten für Frauen & Männer beeinträchtigt. Diese wurden gerade erst neu durch die staatlichen Behörden beim Hyatt eingestellt. Ich konnte die ersten Wochen noch jederzeit ins Gym. Trotz diesem kleinen Manko, kann ich das Hyatt Place auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Das Hotel besitzt ein eigenes kleines Parkhaus und man hat eine Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fußnähe. Ich komme gerne wieder zu diesem Hotel!

While the hotel has some excellent features (more of that in a moment), the first impression a guest has is the front desk reception staff. They were terrible: unfriendly, unhelpful, unwelcoming....and most of the time not even there (the front desk is empty and loks like a ghost hotel most of the time). This is a shame, because the place has a lot going for it: enormous room (although the first room we went to was actually small, but we asked to change and the replacement was big enough to fit an army), good sauna and gym area, and an excellent, very tasty breakfast. Generally a sound choice, and reasonable distance between the fort and souq 2-3 km to the south and the city centre a few kilometres to the north. Convenient also for the (eastern) railway station, less than 10 minutes drive. They just need to get much, much better trained staff at the front desk who can smile and serve guests!

Das Hotel liegt mitten im modernen Zentrum von Riyadh, sodass die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar sind. Zum Kingdom-Tower sind es nur ca. 15 Gehminuten. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, dies trifft auch auf die Mitarbeiter im Club zu. Es lohnt sich übrigens diesen zu buchen, da die Aussicht aus dem 26. Stockwerk grandios ist und sowohl Snacks auch Speisen am Abend sehr lecker sind. Zu beachten ist, dass der Gym für Frauen und Männer getrennt ist und Frauen keinen Zutritt zum Indoor-Pool haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht nicht ganz dem Fünfsterneniveau, hier ist das Personal auch nicht so bemüht. Die Hardware in den Zimmern ist gut, aber nicht mehr ganz neu. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl, besonders wegen der Aussicht. Da kann die Skybridge des Kingdomtowers auch nicht mehr bieten.
