Unfortunately this nice hotel is poorly run! The reception team need a new training in Customer service for sure. The thing that annoy me the most, reason why i will not be back, is the UNREAL SITUATION AT THE POOL AT 9 AM : people queue like being to a supermarket , go in , take over all the sunbeds putting their towels down and than go to have breakfast or shopping and come back one hour or TWO after ! I personally experienced this, two mornings and asked the staff to remove a towel, i had to argue with the owner of that towel that showed up after 1 hour and 40 min .... NOT great holiday vibes....arguing with some cheap people. So i decided to avoid the pool, AS ME MANY OTHERS CUSTOMERS, also bikes are not free , only few hours and than is 5 euro each hour. Cost me a lot in electric scooter, ON THE POSITIVE SIDE I WANNA SAY THANKYOU TO THE CLEANERS AND THE 3 YOUNG GUYS AT THE POOL , professional and lovely.
